    Basement Waterproofing

    We just had Direct Waterproofing work on our basement, including interior waterproofing, new drains, and a backflow preventer. Terry was great to work with throughout the whole process. He was very patient with our many questions and walked us through the whole process before starting. He communicated with us regularly while the work was being completed and left the work area tidy at the end of every day. Some plumbing issues came up during construction and he helped us to find a solution. Terry is very hardworking and genuine. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others!

    basement water proofing

    Terry is such a great guy to work with. My basement was flooding when it had heavy rain , He informed me every stage of water proofing, he did such a great job, it is always dry after he did the waterproofing . I'm very happy with his work.. will definitely refer him to my friend if i have chance.

    Basement Waterproofing

    It has been an amazing experience working with Terry and his team. As a property manager, I've worked with many different contractors and I can confidently say that Terry's service has been unmatched. He is extremely knowledgeable about his trade and takes the time to explain all of the details. He has provided exceptional customer service from the very beginning and has been super accommodating and pleasant towards our tenants. I would definitely use Terry again!

    Waterproofing and More!

    Terry was fantastic! We just renovated our entire house and he made sure our experience with him was quick, easy and painless. He did waterproofing, sum pump, back water valve and stack removal for us. The price was very fair (we received quotes from a few companies) and he completed the work in a very timely manner as he had promised us. Not only that, but Terry is just a genuinely good guy, personable, hard working and someone you can trust. We would use him again without even thinking twice. Thanks so much, Terry!!

    Cold cellar waterproofing

    Taras and his team were great to work with. They completed the project ahead of schedule, kept me informed at every stage and the finished product looks great. Would highly recommend them for quality and cost!

    House waterproofing

    Basement had leaks all over the place during heavy rains. Guys came did an estimate for insulation and pump. Came according to the schedule. Price was amazing!! Did a great job. Very efficient, very polite, and most importantly cleaned after themselves. We are very satisfied!!

    Window Well Installation

    Terry and his team did a fantastic job installing a window well in an almost impossibly narrow laneway. The installation was done on time, and he was always happy to answer any questions I had as the job was taking place. I would highly recommend this service to other customers.

    Basement Waterproofing

    Terry and crew did a good job. Terry would drop off equipment the night before to make sure the job starts early in the morning. Just talk to them and you'll get that they know what they are doing. If I had another property I would hire them again!
