    Pleasant experience

    Terry and his team went above and beyond of what we requested. We need outdoor waterproofing for a detached and Terry came with a detailed and reasonable quote, kept me updated on the schedule, get the job done is less than a week and the site is cleaned. Would highly recommend them.

    Professional and affordable service from quote to completion

    This is for an East York semi-detached house. The shared driveway was paved, but a crack in the asphalt and an old, unfilled sewer downspout provided ways for water to reach our home's foundation. Direct Waterproofing was one of three contractors who quoted on the job. Terry's quote was the the most complete job - including running a pipe under concrete to our existing sump-pump - and came in just a bit cheaper than the other two quotes! It was a simple decision to hire them. The work started a day late due to weather (out of their hands), but was then completed in just two days. Witnessing the work, it's comprehensive work with no shortcuts, and the area was cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Terry and his team.

    Basement Waterproofing

    Hired Direct Waterproofing through a recommendation, they had to come back for a small adjustment on the first call, they even reimbursed me some of the costs I encountered due to a small error. This is a company with integrity! I highly recommend them.

    Foundation crack Repair

    Terry, was knowledgeable, professional and reassuring. After buying my dream home, I found water in my basement. Terry from Direct Waterproofing came out and gave a us a quote. His professionalism and dedication was evident after he even came back a 2nd time to ensure it was just a crack and not a bigger issue. We are so happy with the service and repair and would 10/10 recommend.

    Exterior waterproofing and sump pump install

    Terry and his team were amazing. Terry took time and effort to explain the whole process to me. Not just that he made sure he scheduled me right away the job was done in 1.5 days once all the city locates were completed. He provided all the paperwork (warranty certificate and rebate paperwork) and everything was very professional, not to mention he is reasonable. I would definitely recommend Direct waterproofing they are the best !

    Basement leak

    Very pleased with the service from Direct Waterproofing. We had some moisture in one wall of our basement and brought in several companies to try and diagnose the problem. Terry was reasonable and came up with a plan to fix it for a good price, without going overboard with a much bigger job. Good communication and answered all our questions. The work was finished quickly and looks very well done. Thanks Terry!

    Basement Waterproofing & Sump Pump

    Terry was very professional, accommodating and knowledgeable. He came by my property and put together a quote so fast. They proceeded to do fantastic work with a very small amount of time inbetween. I think their price point was great and more than competitive. 25 year warranty! I strongly recommend their services to anyone in need.

    Exterior waterproofing

    Terry replied to my email promptly and come the next day to investigate the basement leak. After we accepted his offer he contacted city hydro and gas to locate gas and hydro lines. He and his crew show early on the day we agreed to and the same day dig 6-7 x 30 ft trench on the side of the house. Checked stormwater underground piping for leakage and apply a layer of cement from the house concrete foundation up to and over cider blocks. The next day all required waterproofing material was installed and he also cleaned and cover the crack inside the basement as well. He and his crew are highly professional, knowledgeable and completed the whole work the second day by 2 pm. He didn't ask for a deposit and we pay when the whole job was completed. Highly recommended.

    Main water supply upgrade

    We had contracted Terry's service for the water supply pipe replacement. Ours was old lead pipe with poor pressure. Terry & crew had shown up on time and had the work done the same day. We were especially pleased with the fact that the guys showed extra care and professional approach. No unnecessary mess, they used cover sheets and dust vacuum for the indoor work. No running around for missing parts or equipment! Strongly recommend! Viktor and Ella We appreciate the competence and professionalism Terry & his crew had shown on this project. Strongly recommend!
