    Foundation repair

    Terry and his team patched up a massive crack around my entire home that was causing leakage during strong wind rain storms. Terrys pricing is reasonable and hes very accommodating - even patched up another spot that was originally quoted. I would definitely recommend him and his company and will use him in the future for any other issues.

    Great Job!

    Direct Waterproofing did an outstanding job waterproofing our foundation. We shopped around for many quotes, but Terry stood out as he was affordable, professional, knowledgeable and honest. He maintained excellent communication and transparency throughout the process, promptly responding to emails and providing photos of the job. I highly recommend Terry and the Direct Waterproofing team to anyone in need of home waterproofing services.

    Hire them! They are the best!

    Do not waste your time shopping around, hire these guys and you will absolutely not regret it. I wish this kind of service was given throughout my entire renovation. Terry, Sergey, and Nick were fantastic. Excellent presentation for the planned work, professional execution, considerate to my neighbors, accommodating to all my requests, and never got annoyed that I kept bugging them with questions. As a bonus, very competitive price. They do not cheap out in the process like others want to, and they do not overcharge like everyone else. A++ all the way.

    Highly Recommend!

    We hired Direct Waterproofing to fix the issues we were having in our basement and are happy we did! Terry, Sergey, Roman, Walter and Nick were an absolute pleasure to work with. Terry walked me through every step of the way, took the time to answer all my questions and was pro-active to rectify, correct, and bring my home up to code! Thanks guys for a great experience.     2 window wells done in a day

    Terry and his crew built 2 window wells for us at the back of the house, where the backyard slopes towards the house. They were quick, efficient and clean with their work. Im very thankful that they finished the work in one day because we had some torrential downpours right after!

    Home Waterproofing

    With the very wet winter this year my basement sprung a few very bad leaks. After meeting with a few contractors I decided to go forward with Direct Waterproofing due to the high ratings, transparency, and fair quote. I have tenants in the basement so Terry and his team worked with me to tackle the worst locations first to allow my tenants to return home sooner. It is not an enjoyable experience having this work done but if your house needs it be sure to use Direct Waterproofing for the best price and for peace of mind.

    Waterproofing Exterior of Home

    We hired Terry and his team to complete an exterior waterproofing project in Hamilton. His team quickly diagnosed the problem and provided an affordable solution. His team showed up on the scheduled start date and completed the project on the day that he agreed. They left a clean job site and did great work.     Full Basement Interior Waterproofing

    I purchased a home that ended up having major foundation water issues. I contacted Terry from Direct Waterproofing. Terry was able to provide a quote which was better than the competition. Terry had great recommendations during the process and was able to fix a drain issue while the team was completing the waterproofing work. The team was efficient, kept and left the space clean, and it was done on schedule. I recommend Direct Waterproofing for any interior waterproofing projects.

    Exterior Waterproofing

    Went with Direct to waterproof the exterior of my home after getting quotes. I chose them because Terry was the most thorough in explaining the work, process and my questions on the job. The crew was very efficient during the job and took care to leave the place like they had found it. They put boards and tarps down to keep my neighbour's driveway clean in the work on their side of the house. The crew also installed a sump pump and sewer line backflow valve. The final bill was right in line with the quote and the expectations set out. Would recommend.
