I cannot sing enough praises for Terry and his team. From start to finish, our basement waterproofing project was seamless!
From the initial meeting for an inspection and quote I felt confident in Terry's professionalism, experience and knowledge. He was incredibly patient with all the questions and concerns that we had, and responded to emails and phone calls in a very timely fashion. The quote he provided was detailed and outlined what we needed done, as well as, what might have been needed once the work started. At the end of the project there were no surprises or hidden costs. What we saw was what we were charged.
The team who performed the actual work were incredible! Walter and Roman were a pleasure to have work on our property. They were professional, friendly, and willing to answer questions I had during the process. We had some very specific requests of them, part of the job required them to be on our neighbor's property, and they were very
respectful of those requests. The area that was worked on was left tidy and clean at the completion of the job.
Our air conditioning had to be disconnected while the work was being done, Terry arranged for it to be reconnected the same day all the work was completed and the technician, Igor, was fantastic too.
