    New water heater

    Jason continued to follow-up after my initial inquiry about a water heater without being pushy. The two young men who came to install the unit and remove the other one were extremely careful, neat, and very respectful. Because we had just had a new driveway installed a few days earlier, bringing the heater into the house was more difficult. They carried both units to and from the house to their truck, rather than using something to help move it. We are very pleased with the sales, the installation, and the warranty. We hope to enjoy hot water for many years with this tank.

    Central Air Conditioner

    Good Service, prompt and friendly. Have used them for both my furnace and a/c. Would recommend to others in the area.

    HVAC Damper installation/ BBQ gas line

    The guys did a great job! They were all very professional, knowledgeable, safe! I would not hesitate to recommend Cross Heating to anyone else.

    Air Conditioning

    Water softener

    My softener wasn’t regenerating the way it should. The plumber came over and checked it out and realized that some of the salt had clumped in the middle of the softener. He chiseled it to break it up. He checked all the components to make sure there wasn’t another issue. Because I live alone the amount of water I use may be part of the issue. He showed me how to manually do a regeneration if nessasary and to help the salt move so it doesn’t clump. I was happy with the service I received and a follow up call the next day to make sure I was satisfied with the service call. Cross Heating is who I call for any heating cooling or water issues.

    new furnace

    Cross was excellent in all regards: courtesy, on time, good explanation of product, cleanliness, efficiency, and the furnace is working perfectly. Very pleased, possibly the best contractor we have used. No pressure sales and pleasant, capable office staff. Fair pricing and follow-up.

    Air Purification System Install

    Very professional, honest, and reliable company! They came to install an air purification system as scheduled, we paid what was quoted, and the workers were extremely respectful of our home and property. Management called a few days later to ensure our satisfaction with the product. Top notch organization!
