A quick visit and inspection pre-installation quickly identified the need for a cold air return from the 2nd floor. A plan was made and only a few days latter the entire work was done. The workers were polite and respecful of safety measures (Covid-19).

Excellent service, came out within a day to install a new water heater when our old one broke down.

Cross Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd. have been our only HVAC service provider for the past ten years. The guys all know what they're doing and do it with good humour. We won't have anyone else touch our system as long as Cross is around.

Brad was so helpful when our hot water heater suddenly stopped working. Even though it was a Saturday he responded to the call and fixed it within a couple of hours. He even followed up with a phone call to make sure all was well. Such friendly, thoughtful service!

This is a great company with honest people. I run a rental business and can tell the difference when someone comes to one of our properties to do a professional job vs. when someone comes to try to juice up a sale. These guys are the former, not the latter, and are adept at providing great service in a professional manner. Their price is good and I will definitely use them again and hope everyone else uses them too. I've been around the block a few times and just moved my business from Toronto to the Kitchener-Waterloo area and I was impressed by the technician they sent and with the way the company operates. If you had an extra star they should get 6.
