    Great service for new furnace

    We were in a bind when our furnace died. Cross came within a day of our call and gave us our options for repair, and we asked to have someone come and give an estimate for a whole new system. Within two days of our call we had a quote for both repair and replacement, and when we decided on a new system, the installers were prompt and courteous and friendly. The new furnace is working great!

    Furnace Humidifier Installation

    Cross Heating recently installed a humidifier onto our furnace to help combat dryness in the winter. As always they were friendly and efficient and never hesitate to explain everything thoroughly.

    Full Home Steam Humidifier

    The service and installation technician was very courteous and new what he was doing. Very impressed.

    I haven't used the fireplace because of the season but it looks great.

    The salesman knew his products and was great to talk to. The installers were also very professional and knew what they were doing. This is the second job I have had Cross do for me and I will have them back if I have any further needs.

    Air conditioning

    I had reached out to many companies, with no response. I reached out to Cross and within three days I had a service rep come and check my existing unit. Talked me through my options, and immediately request someone to give me a quote. Within two weeks I had my new unit installed. The installers were very efficient and didn’t mind answering my questions. Very happy with all the service I received from the initial phone call to the final end result. Would and have highly recommend this company.

    New water heater

    From the first call I made to inquire I found Cross Heating to be very friendly and professional. Did not feel pressured to make the purchase with them compared to a few other companies I called. Price was only slightly more for a better quality unit with a much better warranty. The two service technicians that installed the unit were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything they did. Was a great experience overall.

    Professional, good price, and local.. what more can you want?

    AC was leaking refrigerant, they were able to get a new unit installed within a week before the heat wave hit. I got a few quotes, and they were very reasonable, and I like that they are local company with a good reputation.

    Installation of tankless water heater

    I am extremely pleased with Cross Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd. Our old hot water tank broke down and began to leak. Cross presented us with all of the options and pros and cons for both traditional and tankless water heaters, booking an inspection call and installation in very short order. They were able to remove the old heater from a difficult access area and install the tankless heater within a few short hours. I would strongly recommend Cross Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd. - their professionalism and attention to detail turned a potential crisis into a smooth trouble-free transition.

    Gas hot water tank installation

    Two service men arrived right on time, removed the old tank, and installed the new tank and vent pipe. Before leaving, the new control was explained to me as it was different from my previous one. All my questions were answered and the work area was left very clean. Very pleased with the installation.
