Recently moved into 35yr home that required the mechanical systems replaced since most were original with the home. The Cross front office staff were patient and courteous answering all our questions. Jeff who performed the in home quote assessment, was knowledgeable and provided us many options to choose from with no pressure of an up sell. We contracted Cross to service the fireplace and furnace. Kyle was polite and professional answering more of our questions unknowingly helping us come to a final decision. In the end we decided to replace the furnace, air conditioner, water softener and needed to relocate the existing water heater. Bill & Mike arrived and were clean and efficient with all the tasks. Their suggested solution for the final location for the water heater worked out remarkably well. Early the next day the front office staff advised that with gas shut off, relighting the fireplace pilot light was overlooked. Kyle, promptly arrived in the morning to perform the task and show me how to do it on my own. With respect to the air conditioner, I needed to make some repairs to the side of the house where it was located. Jeff suggested with the current supply chain disruptions due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Cross remove the existing unit and I keep the new air conditioner on hand until I was ready to have them return for the final installation. Brilliant! From the front office staff to all the tradesmen, Cross employees were polite and profession across the board. Thank You!

We had called for a service on our water heater . The tech discovered a serious problem and we had a replacement under the warranty.they did all the warrantee work. Great service and price. Best local company. Love these people

I was very pleased with the professionalism from the office staff and the workmen. Everything was done in a timely manner and they adhered to the Covid restrictions wearing masks and shoe protection.

Sales guy was very knowledgeable and gave me a quote the same day the quote included 3 separate prices and I was not pressured to make a decision right away, a pleasant experience. 2 techs were pleasant to deal with. They explained what they did and made sure I was satisfied with the installation before leaving. They cleaned up after themselves. Our water heater died on a sunday night. By monday morning Clint was here and had a new one installed by early afternoon. Very professional service. New heater came with a 10 year warranty on parts and labour. We will use Cross again for a furnace maintenance too.
