Max and David did a fantastic job on the removal of the old door and the install of the new one. They were both very nice to deal with and were very accomidating. Our sales person, Yuri was very helpful looking into our installation. The installers, Daniil and Andrey were excellent. They worked all day in 34 degrees heat and did a very good job. Very friendly and courteous. Would recommend this company and their product is good.Answer from pro:

Piyush (Sales Rep) was very knowledgeable and helpful with all our questions from start to finish. We had windows and a front door installed and the installers Sergii and his helper Ruslan were very professional and timely with the installation. They are both extremely hard working and took the time to care about the environment around them. They are a good team and Window Mart is lucky to have them as a part of their crew.Answer from pro:

The work was done professionally and with attention to detail. There was an incident with a chipped glass but was replaced without hassle although it took a few months for it to arrive. All in all, a very good experience.Answer from pro:

I had six windows and a back door installed. The windows went good it's the door that I had the most issues with. Then I thought the installation was going well and then once the crew left they left a mess for me to clean up especially nails and screws on the deck & lawn and they also left trash that I had to cut up and deal with. Then a few days after the installation the deadbolt came loose so I had to get another new one since they wouldn't use the current on that was on there and noticed that they didn't use all the pieces that was required to make the deadbolt work properly in the first place if they left all the parts that came with the deadbolt I could've fixed it myself. Also with the door I can see daylight through the top corner. I am sure I will see snow coming through it during the snow storm that we are supposed to get this evening. I have emailed the company and they said they would pass on the information to the manager that was five days ago. I am pretty sure I am not gonna get a call or an email back. So this was the second time I used this company, the first time was great, the second time wasn't it's like rush and get outta here as they have to much on the go.Review from Kash Denis Kash Denis
