    5 windows replacement

    From start to finish, all staff (sales, reception, delivery and install) were very friendly, professional and easy to work with. We love the updated look and the quality of the windows. They also provide great payment options.

    Windows Replacement

    Old builder windows started to fog and look tired. I decided to get a new style and more efficient ones. After receiving multiple quotes I decided to go with Window Mart. No pressure, professional and very informative. On the installation day the installers arrived on time, carefully removed the old windows, and installed the new ones, no mess left behind. A very pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

    new living room window

    Excellent window, looks great. Repaired rot in window frame. Some delay because of Covid 19 issues, but great customer service. Very pleasant staff: in office and on phone. Thank you Window Mart.

    Total House window replacement

    So right from the beginning of the process, from the visit to the salesman to the total finishing of the job, we were very pleased with most of the transition and the kind people that we dealt with. The time between the measuring and the installation was a bit longer than originally told but after getting an explanation as to why, which was through the building of the windows, the total time of installation was quick, clean and very efficient. I was very pleased with the cleanup in the end as it looked like there wasn’t even anyone here to do such job except the clean new windows. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who needs new window replacement. We will be calling them also when it comes time to change our doors also.

    Great quality and best service

    It was a pleasure to deal with the project specialist Kate. She have explained all available option for our windows replacement project. We were both very impressed with her as she walked us through the process we would require including; the time frame for manufacturing and installation, the cost and the discount we were given. She is a very knowledgeable and professional and her presentation was excellent. We will definitely recommend Window Mart to our friends.

    What a nightmare!!

    Worst service ever!! I ordered windows back in March. The day of installation they called me an hour late to cancel and promised to have my windows installed the next week. No one showed up that day either. I called the company multiple times, and got reply back, so I finally left a message to cancel the order and was going to go with another supplier instead. 3 months later the company calls me to tell me they have my windows ready to install. After reminding them that I cancelled, the sales rep finally calls and informs me that because I did not deal with him directly, my cancellation was not sufficient enough and threatened to take me to court if I did not proceed with their window install. So I called the other supplier and cancelled, losing my $500 deposit with them. When the Window Mart installer finally arrived and installed my windows, it was poorly done. He cut through my siding and then siliconed it back together, leaving smears all over. In other places the windows don't even align with the siding, leaving gaps and I will now have to replace the siding as a result. Additionally, I have requested flat trim to go with the interior of my bathroom window, as the rest of my windows have the same. What was installed was not flush and looks like an eyesore!! I don't even want to call the company to have them fix it again, as I'm worried what else they will screw up next!!

    Replaced all windows

    Marcel was an amazing installer! Excellent workmanship, very professional, friendly and took much pride in his work. He answered any questions that we had. The windows are of very good quality. We replaced all our windows in triple pane and are actually looking forward to seeing our heating bills this winter!

    Estimate process very informative and efficient

    I had 3 quotes for the 3 windows I'm replacing. By far, the visit from Andrey was the most professional and thorough of them all. I placed by order today, and look forward to the installation some time in August.

    Window Replacement

    We had basement windows replaced 5 months ago by Window Mart. This cold snap really proved it was worth every penny. We were so impressed with their reasonable quote, not to mention professionalism with sales and installation, we decided to give them our business to replace the rest of the windows in our home.
