Quick response to our request for service. Turns out the part for our dishwasher had to be specially ordered but that was not unexpected as we haven't seen many other Blombergs around. We were quite happy to wait as the technician showed us how we could still operate the machine until the proper switch arrived.

He was very friendly and efficient! we did not have to wait long for him to come by and fix our washing machine. Very professional.

Roman was here within 4 hours of our service request. He examined the dishwasher and determine the problem with the machine and instead of repairing it for 300-400 dollars he recommended that we purchase a new machine. He then proceeded to install the new waterline on our fridge even though this was an extra service and he did not charge us. Overall the cost was only 100 dollars. He is a super friendly guy and extremely helpful. He is an engineer and therefore able to answer some of our appliance-related questions that service technicians have not been able to address. I would definitely call him back in the future for any other appliance issues. Really the experience was outstanding overall.

Water dispenser was not working and water leaking on the floor. Tech was able to get both working in a short period of time.
