Roman was very professional but friendly. He explained how the oven glass got broken, he was conscious of disposing of the glass and made quite a bit of effort to make sure the glass remaining was clean

Roman certainly boosted my confidence in his ability to get the job done. He checked multiple things that could be causing the issue. All was OK until he checked the drain sensor. Roman did a couple of tests which verified his original thought/comment.We would definitely have Roman back to repair any of our major appliances, he is very competent, thorough and cleaned up when finished. He went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied.

I was very pleased to get a service call on the same day I called. I was extremely happy with Alex as he explained everything he was doing. He took time to diagnose the problem with my stove and did not go directly to replacing a part which it turned out to not be necessary. He eliminated possible causes until he found the correct one. This saved a few hundred dollars - thank you.

We had a technician come to look at our dishwasher as it had stopped working. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and seemed to know everything one would need to know about appliances. He quickly assessed and fixed the problem as well as also fixing an issue we had with your stove. We would highly recommend this company and would definitely use again if required. Thank you!

This company understands customer service! The rubber seal to my front load washer needed replacing. The friendly voice, Gary I believe, made sure they had the part and sent the technician, Alex, out the same day. Alex was very polite, courteous and took the time to answer my questions, even those that were not related to my initial problem. I would not hesitate to use this company again. They understand the importance of customer service and doing a job right the first time.

Dryer was making a screeching sound. Replaced part. Repairman excellent although thought labour a bit expensive

The technician diagnosed he problem right away and talked me through the repair so that I had an idea of what to do in the event something similar happened again. Additionally he helped clean the appliance in the hard to reach spots that are only reached when the appliance is somewhat disassembled. He also said that he and the company were happy to provide over-the-phone advice about any appliance problem or repair should I want to self diagnose and attempt to fix or troubleshoot myself. They were great!

Met a great young man who was determined to make sure he did everything he could to repair a built in oven. Unfortunately I did not tell them it was a double oven so this fellow had to lift out (and put back) an incredibly heavy appliance by himself. There were several challenges but he stopped, thought about it and found solutions. I was very impressed. Would totally recommend this company if all employees have the same attitude.
