Rado was incredible - professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me out. He advised me on the locks to choose - even promptly answered by text when I was at Home Depot choosing locks. He also discovered my door hinges were loose and fixed it on the spot. I can recommend him more highly.

Rado was right on time, quick and explained every step. I had locks that would jam and keys that I would need to wiggle to get into the lock - he even corrected that! I would definitely recommend Rado to anyone!

Rado arrived on time and installed my Schlage Encode Plus lock on the door without any difficulty. There was another of these locks already on the door which was not functioning properly and this was a warranty replacement. He got the old lock off and the new one on in a speedy and efficient manner. He then spent quite a lot of time trying to get the wifi features set up which proved to be more challenging than the physical installation! He ultimately ran out of time before he had to move on to his next appointment. However, I was ultimately able to get those features working on my own later on. So, overall it was a good job at a reasonable price and I would recommend him and hire him again.

Six stars! Flawless experience. Wonderfully clear and friendly communication. Explained exactly what the issue was and what was causing it. Accurately quoted price (very good value) and remained within the quoted amount. Arrived on time, efficiently and effectively completed the job. Would gladly hire again - he is now our new “go to”.

Rado did a great job fixing a poorly installed lock by another contractor. He was on time and reasonably priced. He also was very pleasant with the tenant that was at the house. Nice to come across such a trustworthy and reliable contractor!

The technician was always prompt and completed the job on time. He answered all my questions and even offered good suggestions and alternatives. I would recommend him.
