Rado was very quick to respond to communications, very friendly and did a great job.

Rado did an amazingly fast job replacing my old deadbolt and handleset with a new one I had purchased. He was on time and got the job done in less than 30 minutes plus laid out everything for me to easily know what I need to keep and what could be thrown away. Highly recommended and he's now my go-to for any future lock needs.

Very responsive and quick service. Excellent customer service and quality of workmanship was top notch. It turned out my lock was not broken and the problem could be fixed with only some minor adjustments. Rado explained the issue very clearly and charged honestly and fairly for the work completed. Called Rado, told him my problem and he was over in half an hour. His rate per hour was $90 and he fixed/ tuned up 5 different locks during that period of time. Fabulous service at a good price.

Very responsive. Professional. Quality work - really makes sure that your new dead bolt is working. Tested multiple keys after rekeying for us to match the front door lock. Radoslav really spent the time to test and make sure everything was working perfectly. Pricing seemed very fair. Will definitely hire again! Highly recommended.

At the beginning of March, the lock on my Etobicoke storefront broke. Initially, I attempted to replace it myself, and found Rado through a google search for the specific type of lock I needed. He was super patient in listening to my descriptions, and was willing to sell me the parts. He didn’t pressure me to hire him to do the job, he just explained truthfully what the replacement would entail. After speaking with him, I decided it would be best to have him do the job, as it required more components and expertise than I had. He arrived at my shop (pre isolation!) within an hour, and did the job quickly and efficiently. I’ve never had a good experience with a locksmith before, so I was really pleasantly surprised and grateful to have found Rado.

Radoslav answered my call on a Sunday and came for a Monday morning installation at my request. He was efficient, thoughtful and honest. His pricing was also fair and transparent. I would recommend Locksmith Express.
