I was pleased to use Radoslav and Express Locksmith services again. My front door lock needed replacing. Once again he didn't disappoint. He was able to accommodate my timing , arriving early and patiently waited. He was friendly, courteous and very capable. The lock was fixed quickly and the area cleaned before he left. Pricing was very competitive and service was the best. Thanks again Radoslav!

Radoslav was fast, and efficient. He showed up wearing a mask which I appreciated. He came on a sturday and replaced the core on the 2 main locks on the house. He showed up quickly and was done in less than half an hour. I would highly recommend him. Thanks again!

Back exterior door was not operational and had to be bolted shut for safety. We were looking for someone to help. Found Locksmith Express and contacted them. Radoslav got back to us super quickly. He was able to identify the issue and offer a quote in great time. He is very transparent and is clear about what the options were and what course of action needs to be taken. My experience with Locksmith Express was superb! I could not have asked for a better solution to the problem I was having with my front door lock. The key would not turn but the deadbolt still worked from the inside so Radoslav suggested that he could provide the least invasive and most cost-effective repair of replacing the core only. But what truly separates this company from the competition was that Radoslav went out of his way to match the color of the lock exactly which was wonderful because it was not the standard silver color and I really wanted to maintain the original look of the lock. I called many other locksmiths trying to see what prices and solutions they could offer but no one even came close to replicating the skill of his solution or beating the price he offered to do the work. Locksmith Express was the very first company I called (based on the excellent reviews on HomeStars) and It turns out I really didn’t need to spend the time to call all those other companies after all. I will definitely use Locksmith express for any future work I need done! Additionally Radoslav was able to fix the lock within just a few hours if asking him to do the work and he was able to have the new lock match my old key so I didn’t need to spend money on new keys. Everything was so thoroughly done and for an excellent price. Thanks again Locksmith Express! A+++++++

Rado did a great job changing a part in the lock of our front door; Not only did he fix the problem with the door lock, he went one step further and readjusted the plates on the wall frame. He saved me from replacing my door. He also was punctual and responsive in meeting me at a certain time for the repair. It's no surprise he has received some great reviews from other customers.
