    Movers did a great job, took longer than expected time range quoted

    We had 2 movers who came to our house and packed the truck with all of our furniture and boxes. These gentlemen were a godsend and helped us diligently for 4 hours loading with care, and then drive to the new house and spent 3 hours unloading and reassembling. We wish Metropolitan movers central had told us we were expected to provide food and drinks if the service lasted across the lunch hour. Overall our stuff was delivered with care and the move was successful. I hope the communication from central can improve in a few ways: more detail in the quote of what is included, a more accurate time range estimate, expectation setting about what happen if we take more time than the quoted range, ability to charge the credit card on file for the moving service (it was awkward and unnecessary to recite my card number AGAIN over the phone at the end of the move. Thank you to my two movers who helped us - we appreciate it!

    Very satisfied

    I had the full packing service, 2 truck and a 6 man work crew. It was a big job. No complaints at all. The whole team was very courteous.

    So grateful

    We are very grateful for the polite, efficient, and timely service. All of the staff were easy to deal with in advance via online chat and telephone for confirmation and on the day of the move they were right on time. No items were damaged, and everything was done that we requested including taking some furniture apart and setting it up at the destination. Would use these folks again in a heartbeat!

    Kingston movers

    Really friendly, Really helpful. Such a pleasant moving experience. As a military family we move a lot. This was our best service do far!

    Great moving experience

    The three movers in charge of our move were extremely hardworking. The team lead, Andreas, was especially knowledgeable. He took charge giving his team directions and ensured our belongings were packaged, moved, and organized with care. All three movers were very nice and we appreciate their work, especially for such a big long-distance move. Metropolitan Movers was recommended to us, and we would definitely recommend them to others!

    Apartment Move

    Not only did the team arrive ahead of schedule, they had an extra guy in their crew (which they didnt charge for as they needed the whole crew for the photographs). They were doing some promotional shots so they also had a camera man in tow! Moving is such a stressful time and this was my first time trusting movers but I am so glad I did! The whole team were professional, patient and respectful. Everything was wrapped and packed immaculately and it was a disaster free move (not a single item broken/scratched) I cannot thank the team enough and would happily recommend them to anyone and everyone looking to move!

    Professional, Quick, and Friendly

    From the moment they arrived to the moment they placed the last piece of furniture into our new home these guy worked hard and did a great job handling everything with care. 100% would recommend.

    Special Force Movers

    Great movers! They were on time and got the move done quickly. The guys were polite and conscientious as they worked. Definitely recommend!
