This is my fourth move with Alex and his crew. They always shop up earlyno ceremonythey just start and dont stop until it is donehis crews are always courteous, helpful and extremely professional. People who happened to be watching my move at both buildings wanted their card. Alex takes the stress out of my moves every timeyou cant put a price on that!

Metropolitan Movers provided great, affordable and friendly service. They were very friendly and took great care of our items. We also appreciate the transparency of cost and how affordable it was compared to other moving company quotes. I would highly recommend them!

What a hassle! Poor communication with us, contacting us AFTER the end of a business day- to inform us they changed our move time from 9am to 1pm the day prior to moving!!! Absolutely refused to accommodate or assist us in any way shape or form, saying it's "impossible" to refund a deposit or discount the service. They double booked their truck and employees at our move time, then told us we had no choice but to take the later time, as the other job was out of town (which worried us they would not finish in the 4 allotted hours, pushing our move time even FURTHER back, after we had taken the morning off work for said move). The good news is they are very well practiced in politely informing you there is nothing they can do.

The gentlemen were on time, pleasant and efficient. I had a large sectional, glass tables, large wooden dining table and a large bedroom suite. I also had a couple large items just to name the big stuff. They were very careful with everything. They took apart and reassembled everything at my new place! Extremely grateful for this service! We paid A LOT more than we were quoted. The employees were super kind and gentle with our possessions but we pretty much helped them move everything so it was hard to pay $1200.

This is the 2nd time in 2 years that Ive used this company for a few pieces of furniture and I was satisfied with the job- their communication is great from the initial call to arrival times. They are pleasant and very capable.

Worst movers. They overcharged. 8 hours from Windsor to Mississauga for 1 bedroom move. No solution of claims. Marc is the worst. Not responsive at all. Had the worst experience. Not recommended at all.

I hired metropolitan Movers to relocate from North York to Scarborough. Movers came on time, and called me once they arrived. They were gentle, friendly and polite. There was no Damages, due to nice packaging and stacking well inside the truck. Not a single item missed during move process. No complaints, 5 star service.

These guys were amazing, very professional and reliable and made my move so easy! Communication with Michael prior to the move was very easy and straightforward as well. The guys worked so hard, I had no issues with them at all and I highly recommend them!
