Moving with Metropolitan was probably one of the smartest decisions we made when we changed home. They were easy to work with and everything was accessible from customer service, moving equipment, special services to moving tips and help. The moving guys worked very hard and were pleasant to speak to. They are a very organized company and we would definitely use them again. They made the moving process quick and simple

They did a fantastic job moving me out of my apartment. They showed up on time with extra boxes, dollies, tape and wrap and took the time to wrap all my wood furniture. They were very kind and helpful and did not waste time doing nothing, to inflate the bill. They worked pretty fast and got me loaded and unloaded in less than 3 hours in a 4th floor unit. Overall I am happy with both their thorough work and cost

I came to Toronto to help my parents move into their new place in August. I didn't know they had hired movers until I got there and to be honest I was a little nervous as I'd had some bad experiences with other companies in the past. However, these guys were there on time, they handled all of my parents' things with great care and overall I'd say they did a great job! I can't comment on the price as I didn't pay, but overall it was worth it to take the stress out of moving. Thanks again guys!

I have heard Metropolitan Movers come up in conversation with relatives for a while, so a month-ago I decided it would be my moving company of choice when I was moving from my 3 bedroom townhouse in Toronto to a large single detached in Mississauga. The company's service and dedication to make the move a single process was amazing, and their knowledgeable employees really stood out! I was really pleased with how the company quickly helped me move all the furniture without damaging the painted walls or damaging any items. I really recommend this company and their low prices, it only costed me $850 to move everything- that's way better than big name companies that would have charged $2000!

We hired Metropolitan on recommendation of a friend and they did an excellent job. They faced a lot of challenges when moving us out of our one bedroom, third floor apartment, but they were able to work thoroughly, including moving our couch out through the balcony. They worked efficiently and made the move as painless as possible. They are extremely reasonably priced too.

We had a large residential move that required 2 truck loads. The move was effortless as could be and the crew was very efficient. The movers were punctual and professional. The move went swiftly with no problems. This was my best move experience by far. The cost of the move was approx. $1,200 and it was a great value! I would strongly recommend and use this company again in the future.

Metropolitan Movers offered me a magnificant service!!!! They are polite and precise people who took special care in securing all my furniture and appliances so that nothing would get damaged!!! I am amazed at how well they managed to move me and the price that I was charged is also amazing, 500.00$ it cost me which is really the best deal out there!!!! I hired Metropolitan Movers after being on their website and using their live chat. I made my reservation over the phone, but it was nice to have some basic questions answered before wasting anyone’s time. I hired them because the staff sounded professional and I also have a cousin who used this company who was really happy with his experience. I am relatively easy-going as a customer. I like things done on time and to my specifications without having to worry about what has to happen between A and B. These movers kept it simple! They were on-time to pack my stuff up and took extra attention by adding padding when it seemed needed. I moved a 3 bedroom home 200 miles. I pre-packed all of my small items and Metropolitan Movers took care to properly prepare my larger items, which were a few couches, two large beds and several large mirrors. They came stocked with blankets, tie-downs, packing tape and a dolly so it felt like they cover all their ends well. Nothing was damaged when it was delivered on time. I appreciate their care and would absolutely hire them again. They were very easy to work with!

My experience with Metropolitan Movers from start to finish was Great! The crew of guys arrived on time, and had the job completed in 3 hours flat. We were so impressed with the speed and caution they used, moved fragile and antique furniture items down two flights and up three flights of stairs. I would use this company for every move in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great moving company.

Terrible service and misleading quote from Metropolitan Movers. Upon delivery of my items, I was given an invoice for over $500 in extra fees despite the quote saying there were no extra fees; no recourse as they would not give me the items unless I paid the amount. Numerous calls to them to rectify this situation have gone unanswered for the past 6 weeks. Extremely poor communication, would definitely not recommend this company.
