We are very happy with our recent replacement of 16 windows, sliding patio back door and welcoming front door. Alex and his team did a remarkable and professional job within a very short installation period (no more than two days inside the house) followed up by meticulous finishes on the external. Alex delivered on everything he said he would and beyond. Alex is one of the most proficient, personable and professional workers - we thank you for all the wonderful work - much appreciated. Our home has literally transformed. My wife and and I would highly recommend North Design Windows.

NorthDesign did a superb job with the replacement of all windows in the basement and upstairs of our ranch style Bangalore. Alex was professional, considerate and provided excellent handiwork. This is our second time using this company and again 5 star service from Alexander. The work and quality is excellent. The second time was a much bigger job and love it and after the job is done Alexander makes sure it cleaned up and no garbage left behind. Very professional and awesome to deal with.

Alex and his helper installed a patio door that required cutting a wall and building a new frame to accommodate the patio door. What an amazing experience I had with North Design Windows, specifically, with Alex! I called Alexander S. he came over, gave me a very reasonable quote ( I wanted to build a window in my dinning room, which would look out to part of the backyard. Alex was more than accomodating, he in fact personalized the experience. When he had cut out the wall, he got me to help him push it out. We celebrated! It was truly a great experience. Alex was very easy to work with and very professional! I would definitely use their services again if I ever think of adding/changing anything. Thank you North Design Windows, and Thank You Alex, for the fantastic work! We have a beautiful window in our dinning room and it has truly lightened up our space and made my place look so much better!

I went with this company after reading many of the positive reviews from this site and I was not disappointed. The windows are terrific. The installation was quick and painless for us but unfortunately some windows posed a challenge for Alexander which he dealt with in a professional and timely manner. I admire his strong work ethic and his attention to detail. I would absolutely deal with Alexander again and would recommend him to family and friends.
