I originally had set up an appointment with a competitor who then refused to acknowledge my existence and confirm the appointment for me so in desperation I started calling around and found Furnace Family. Jamie, the sales guy, is wonderful. He discussed things far beyond his scope with my husband and made recommendations for repair companies for issues outside of our a/c-furnace. I mean, it's his job to be wonderful, companies lure you with lovely salesmen and the hit you hard. Well, surprise, the installer managed to be even nicer. There was 4 of them total, 3 of them were friendly but very quiet and task oriented, which is fine by me, and Bryce, whom I assume was the lead, was lovely. They did exceptional work, but more than that I didn't feel like my home was being invaded. They laid down mats so my floor wasn't damaged [which is more than I can say for our terrible movers!], gave me a 45 minute heads up so I could call my husband and get him over to go through the inspection, they explained everything in detail and showed him how to clean the thing, they installed it off the ground so that we would have better airflow and it would be less likely to become uneven. I'm super impressed with these guys and would highly recommend. We went through a nightmare getting this new house and Furnace Family made this process the easiest part.
