We were blown away by the great service from our estimator Jamie Wall to the install crew everyone was great. Thanks again for everything. We even got Airmiles. What a company bravo. We will recommend them to all our friends.

Dave started the process with a very informative presentation of the furnace and hot water heater options. No pressure to buy a certain model just explained the options and let us decide. He explained the installation process and what that entailed. Unsure about the air filter option and we decided purchase it after doing our homework. Justin and Ross followed up with an excellent install, before I knew it everything was outside and the new components were in the basement. Drop sheets were laid down to protect the flooring and great care was taken to not mark up the walls when moving pieces in and out. They took time to explain what they were doing and left the area clean. Clearly explained the workings of the furnace and the new thermostat. We will see how the furnace lives up to expectations in the fall, as of now I cannot even here the fan running. Love the new thermostat.

We needed our unit moved so we could better use our patio space and reduce noise. Some Homestars companies didn't even respond. Furnace family responded, friendly and quickly. Came out and reviewed our request, quoted same day and pricing was on the nose for our budget. Quickly booked them, and Jeff arrived on time as promised, finished the job in the time he said. Neat and tidy job, looks great now and we were delighted with the courteous professional approach to us. Thank you FF and Jeff we will use u again for sure.

Had two furnaces installed by Furnace Family’s Matt and Yan in February, and they set one up for air conditioning to be added in the summer. Matt and Yan came back in June and did a great job of installing the air conditioner and another smart S30 thermostat, with the same good workmanship and care that they did for the furnaces. Jeff was out later and fine tuned the air conditioner unit and it works really well. Nice to have it cool when you go to bed so you can get a good sleep.

The Home Comfort Advisor was thorough in going through what we needed and what we didn't need, in upgrading our 28 year old home HVAC system. When he was finished, he quoted two options, pointing out the differences of each option which helped us feel confident in our decision. Furnace Family's admin staff then went to work finalizing the timing for our upgrade and were very friendly and informative in letting us know when to expect the installation crew AND in the after installation processes we needed to complete. When the day arrived, the installation crew walked Keith through the various stages of the project before they started, which gave him a good idea on what to expect AND time to decide where to locate the Air Conditioner. He said watching them work showed that it wasn't their 1st rodeo as they went about removing the old, modifying the duct work and installing the new system. All the installers showed their expertise and the pride they take in their work as; pipes are level and plumb, wiring neat and bundled, and the clean up better than before they arrived. Keith also asked numerous questions while they did their work and to a man, they honestly answered with information that will be helpful for us in the future. (such as; how often to change the filter, what to do at the end of the air conditioning season, etc.) In our opinion, Furnace Family would be our first choice to get knowledgeable, straight forward information from people who their business. My AC stopped working so I called someone to come repair it. They came and told me that it would be cheaper in the long run to replace it but would give me a quote on both repairing and replacing it. 3 weeks later I still hadn't heard anything. I called the Furnace Family who was able to come over right away and accommodate my work hours. Jamie came over and very friendly and informative. He showed me issues with my AC and what should have been installed. He gave me options of different ACs and what he recommended. I got an appointment within days to have the old one removed and a new one installed. Matt and Lannik were very professional and had it all completed within 3 hours. It looks and works so much better. I'm very happy.

Richard came out to fix a problem with my air conditioner. He was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem . He also noticed and fixed a wiring issue with my humidifier that could have caused major problems. My brother used and recommended Family Furnace and I would now also recommend.

Called Furnace Family to fix a order AC a tech came out and fixed it in s hour. Very knowledgeable and well manered. We were informed it was installed wrongly from the beginning. We got a few quotes to replace it and again we went with Furnace Family. Great price, good service tech and rely nice installers. They work like a family ! Highly recommend !!!

We were very happy with Furnace Family !!! The price was great the service even better and the comfortable nights are worth every penny I am glad I finally installed AC. I put it off and now am sorry I did. The installers were great and really knew their job. I will recommend them to every one. Thanks Furnace Family !!
