    Very happy after several cleanings

    My husband and I both desperately hate cleaning, so when I checked Homestars and saw Petra's awesome ratings I had to give her a call. I was worried she might not want to clean our place because we have a large dog, but she was totally fine with it. I met Petra for the first time for 5-hour deep clean to show her around and when I got back I was thrilled. She is now coming every 2 weeks and we're actually doing a lot better at keeping the place tidy in-between. Sometimes she brings her associate Kerry with her and they both do an amazing job. Petra always follows up the next day to make sure we're happy and she's just lovely to deal with. Trust your gut and go with a professional with lots of great ratings and you'll never go wrong :)

    Rental Turnover Cleaning

    I found Detailed Maids on Homestars and chose them based on the great reviews, particularly one about how Petra noticed details that others would miss. Petra did not disappoint! She arrived early to re-clarify the work that needed to be done, before starting. I was worried 5hrs wouldn't be enough because my subletter left the place a mess (she had 2 cats) but Petra was quick, efficient and did a great job removing every trace of cat, which I'm very grateful for, because I'm allergic. I've already recommended her to my mom for future cleaning needs!

    Apartment cleaning

    I needed my 1 bedroom apartment cleaned immediately, thoroughly and for a affordable price -- Petra did a great job!

    Deep cleaning service

    Petra was very easy to communicate with and did an excellent job of giving my home a deep cleaning. Her attention to detail was wonderful and she charged only for the actual time taken to complete the job...which was less time than her original estimate. I will definitely use her services again!

    After Renovation Cleaning

    Detailed Maids arrived did an amazing job at our house. Petra was professional, on time and polite. Although we were going through a renovation she ensured that the house was clean and ready for us to be able to host our sons communion. I recommend Detailed Maids to anyone looking for a company that provides quality service and peace of mind that the job will be done with care. Thanks again, you were such a great help.

    "Deep" house cleaning

    We have only had Petra come to clean our home once so far, but were very impressed with the work she did. She was very thorough and efficient. She paid attention to details often overlooked by cleaning services, and the last room she cleaned was as spotless as the first, even after a long day. She seems to have an admirable work ethic and was a very pleasant person to have working in our home.

    House cleaning

    We had Detailed Maids come in for a full house cleaning (our first since we moved in). We are very pleased with the service. They were on-time and they did a very thorough job. They brought all their own supplies, which was very helpful. Also, the booking process is very easy - we were able to arrange via email. They also accept many different payment methods, so that is convenient. Detailed Maids communicated in a very professional manner from start to finish. We will be having them come in to help with regular house cleaning. Thank you.

    Residential Cleaning

    This was our first experience with Detailed Maids & was excellent. Petra was right on time & was very thorough & professional with her work. We would definetely recommend them.
