Thank you for the review and we appreciate the feedback. Initially when we were discussing the cleaning you mentioned it’s a move in cleaning. Due to unforeseen delays in your reno we did postpone 3 times and incidentally did not adjust the price considering it was actually a post renovation clean. You received a total of 17.5 man hours of cleaning and paid $285. When we entered the house and did a walk through with you we said right away that the cleaning will take longer than initially estimated (6.5 hours) and you said it’s ok if we stay additional 3 hours to finish everything and that floors are the least important and if we don’t have time to clean them it’s ok. We quickly realized that due to the condition of the home we would require more time to complete the work properly. We made every attempt (call, voicemails and text) to connect with you for 2 hours to say that we needed more time to finish everything. We decided the right thing to do is stay but did finally leave at 9.5 hours point that we understood you allowed us to take for the cleaning. The next day you contacted us that you were not happy with the cleaning, even though you allowed us only certain amount of hours to do the cleaning and we were not able to finish everything in that amount of time, we came to your house that same afternoon and re-cleaned certain areas. We stayed for extra 8 hours at our own cost. We followed up with you a day after the cleaning to see if everything was ok and you said you are out of town returning after the weekend and will get back to us then. We never heard back from you and our last conversation was at the end of July. We're very sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction and truly felt we went above and beyond considering we also fixed your entrance lock and working in a safety hazards i.e. your stairs were not finished and there were nails sticking out of every stair from top to bottom and were cleaned nonetheless.
