    Full detailed weekly cleaning of our home.

    I have been through a number of cleaners before finding Detailed Maids. We stopped working with all the others because after the first initial cleaning, they all dipped off in their service level/quality. I don't think I am overly picky, but I do feel that if I'm paying someone to clean my home, they should at least to a better job than I would do. When Detailed Maids first came to do an initial clean, they were AMAZING. Efficient and thorough. I couldn't believe how my home seemed to sparkle. With dogs and a toddler it was cleaned so well. Every surface was dusted (vents, blinds, baseboard, wainscoting, etc.) Every clean since then, I have never been let down. The quality of their work has remained the same. I have never once come home and been disappointed or had to ask them to come back and go over an area. I have even actively tried to find things they have missed and I cannot! I have recommended Detailed Maids and will continue to do so. They have a commitment to quality that I have not found with any other cleaners.     Move-out clean

    Hired Detailed Maids to do a move-out clean. My stacked-town is 1100 sq ft. Empty with no furniture at the time. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 1 powder room, 1 kitchen, a living combined with dinning room area. They did a great job, everything was sparkling. The cleaning solution they used did not have any smell at all, which is good for those who are sensitive. Total time they took was 4 hrs. So I'm not sure whether the amount of time is fair or not for a 1100 sq ft unit so can't comment on this. They were pleasant and easy to deal with. They ensured that I was satisfied with the result before processing my credit card payment the next day which indicates that they care more about customer satisfaction than just taking the money and leave.     Move-in Cleaning

    I found Detailed Maids on Google and after reading all the amazing reviews I decided to contact them to schedule a move-in cleaning. Petra, the owner, responded to me super quickly and was able to schedule me in such short notice. I was really stressed with all the cleaning that needs to happen before I move-in to my new unit but Petra and Erlinda did an amazing job!! They do a really detailed and through cleaning, and are very diligent at their work. I would definitely hire them again!

    House cleaning

    Petra and her team a GREAT! I have been searching for years and have tried numerous cleaners that actually clean not just a quick dust and vacuum; I can do that myself. I was searching for someone who pays attention to detail and who takes pride in their work. We have a lot of older and antique items and I am comfortable with the care Petra and her team give. No reasonable request is refused. Petra and her team arrive on time, get to work right away and don’t stop until they are done. Most impressive customer service and work ethic. I would highly recommend Detailed Maid and specifically Petra.

    Apartment cleaning

    They did great deep cleaning job. Floors, countertops, appliances, furniture, window frames, baseboards, etc, everything was washed, wiped and much better than I expected. I would definitely recommend their company and will call them again next time.

    Monthly Cleaning Service

    I have been using Detailed Maids for a few months now and am very happy with them. Communication is excellent. I get a reminder email before each clean and response to emails is always very fast. In fact, when I was searching for a new cleaning service Petra responded to my initial inquiry within a few hours. Talk about making a great first impression. Attention to detail is fabulous! We have a unique floor in the kitchen (cork) and before cleaning it on the initial clean, the staff called to ask what product would be safe to use on it. I come home to a wonderfully clean home and I couldn't be happier with Petra and her team.

    Initial deep cleaning

    We called in Petra to do an initial deep clean of our home. She came on time with her associate and I walked them through the home to show them the scope of the cleaning to be done. They both got to work promptly and divided their tasks to work efficiently as possible. I was very impressed with the level of service and the eco products they used. The work was done very well (especially with cleaning the gunk out of the grout of my bath tiles) as I don't ever remember it being so clean and Petra is a very pleasant individual to work with. We were so impressed with their work that we will be continuing with a monthly cleaning with them.

    Deep cleaning

    Our rental unit was left in a horrible mess - these people hadn't cleaned in the two years that they were there. Petra was polite and organized - we discussed time and plan and everything went according to schedule. Petra and her team were great! They came in and made the place sparkle! I can't thank them enough. Definitely would recommend!

    House cleaning.

    Amazingly detailed work. Prompt, reliable and courteous service. I have tried several other organizations but none have delivered over and above service like Detailed Maids. You will not be disappointed.

    total cleaning of the house- Spring Cleaning

    Petra and her team did a fantastic cleaning of my house they are the detail in detailed cleaning. We have used other cleaning services but none matches the detail done by Detailed Maids.
