    Refrigerator - lights stayed on for over a week and fridge was getting warm

    I was very,very pleased with the service I received this morning from Max Appliance Repair. Evgen was wonderful!!! He knew just what he had to do after I explained things to him and he did it. He was courteous and extremely efficient. He also explained everything to me as he went along which I appreciated very much. I had called Home Service Club at 8:30 this morning and was so pleased when Max Appliance Repair called me within the hour to let me know help was on the way. Evgen called to let me know he would be here at 11:30 and he was. So glad he was able to help in this way.

    Dishwasher leaking

    The service was very professional. I could book an appointment on the current day. Yury came in time and was working fast and clean. Price is affordable. I recommend Max Appliance Thank you.

    Service

    I was having issues with my washing machine. The tech by the name of Evgen properly explained to us what the issue was and was able fix another issue that we weren't aware of. He was very polite and professional.

    Oven repair

    Service was excellent, prompt and efficient. Actually took the time to explain the problem and offer cost effective solutions. Evgeny was very professional and provided great customer service. Would recommend to friends and family

    Whirlpool fridge

    Evgen (sp? Yevhen?) was excellent. Prompt and polite. Clean and tidy. Often repair people don't bother to explain what or why they are doing what they are doing. Not only did Evgen explain things clearly--he showed me what and where the problem was and how best to keep it from happening again. Would recommend him to anyone.

    Amazing Quick Cometent Service

    I called and within 4 hours they had a wonderful service guy at my house. Evgeny was knowledgeable helpful and fixed a stove and a dryer and explained everything he did and why. He actually saved me money on the stove as the part that was faulty was expensive and not necessary. Thank you Evgeny. I will use this company again and will recommend to family and friends

    Leaking refrigerator

    I called MAX Appliance at about 1:30 pm on a Friday and Eugene arrived by 4:30 pm (in the middle of freezing rain). Within an hour my fridge was fixed. The service was fast, efficient and reasonably priced. Eugene knew exactly what was wrong and he did a thorough job of flushing and cleaning out the blocked tubing. I will definitely call again when I need appliance repair.

    Front load washing machine

    Good & fast service. Part had to be ordered but technician came back the very next day on time. He was knowledgable and courteous. We did get the $25.00 discount they were advertising though the repair took place the next day. We would use this company again.

    Awesome service

    Maxim came on short notice as our bay was due in two days and we couldn’t wait. We needed the washing machine for the baby clothes. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. Very professional, courteous, and efficient.
