    Incredible attention to detail, amazing repair and great guy

    My dryer started making horrible noises and I called Max Appliance Repair. A technician by the name of Evgen arrived to my residence within 24 hours. He was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous and gave me a reasonable and fair quote in repairing my dryer. A few days later after the part arrived, Evgen repaired the dryer exactly as promised. It’s like new and I am beyond grateful to have found this wonderful company and technician.

    Washing Machine Repair

    I am very satisfied with the work done on our washing machine by Yevgen/Evgen from Max Appliance Repairs. He arrived within a couple of hours as directed his office. He was courteous and diagnosed what was need to be done. Explained he need to go and get a new part for the washing machine, did so and fixed it quickly with any issues. Texts and e mails regarding his time frame on route and invoices e mailed on the spot. Very good experience. Would recommend to all.

    Dishwasher Repairs

    The technician Evgeny was incredible! He was courteous, clean, very knowledgeable and did not over charge for anything! He was kind and professional and works so very quickly. I would recommend him and this company to anyone!

    Refrigerator repair

    Even provided superior service he called me when en route . He phoned various suppliers to find a power board for my 10 year old fridge. They don't make the part . He then took my board and was able to repair it within 2 days over a weekend, he is friendly and explained everything he did. I would recommend him.

    Kenmore Washing Machine Repair

    Dimitry (in Hamilton, Ontario) was thorough, efficient and very professional. He took apart our 15 year-old washer to determine why it wouldn't spin. He found the smallest part that was broken, where most repairman would probably give up and recommend we buy a new washer. He purchased the parts needed and came back the same day to repair - on a Friday night. His dedication to the job was fantastic. I have recommended Dimitry and MAX Appliance Repair to all my neighbours.

    Fridge repair

    I am very satisfied with the work done on our fridge by Yevgen/Evgen from Max Appliance Repairs. He arrived on time, was courteous and fixed the fridge without any hassles or problems. The company has a very efficient system of letting you know when their service personnel have left to reach your place and also confirm appointments. I would happily recommend them to other customers.

    Fridge repair

    This morning (Saturday) we found water on the floor in front of our fridge and ice on the floor of the freezer compartment. We called one company who said they could come on Tuesday! Not good enough. We found Max Appliance Repair on-line, advertising same-day service. Their Andrey came this afternoon. He was polite, professional, personable, very efficient, and he fixed our fridge. We'll be keeping the name and number of this company on hand for any future difficulties with our appliances! We recommend them highly.

    Dryer repair

    Andrey came for a dryer cleaning. He stripped and cleaned the dryer and had it back in working order quickly. Very friendly and knowledgeable. . . . . . .

    Washing machine issue

    December 24 we noticed our 11 year old Kenmore washer making an odd noise at the end of the cycle, and when opened, the drum was filled with rubbery-smelling smoke. We left it over the holidays and called Max Appliance Repair early in the new year. Evgen came on January 3 at 8:00pm, which was the 11th hour of work for him that day! Like a trouper, he looked at every way possible to find the problem, identified that a part or parts was between the drum and the housing, and spent 3 hours working to clear it without the massive job of removing the drum and motor. In the end, the obstruction was part of the rubber collar that connects the drum to the front and the issue could not be fixed. I was fully satisfied that he and I had tried everything possible, and he even did a few things I thought impossible. The fact that the problem could not be resolved had nothing to do with his skill or effort.

    laundry

    my laundry machine was broken I was so worry about it and Max fix it for me the service was great the Technician Yevhen was profesional and kind thank you for everything
