Emailed my request for service on a Sunday afternoon. Was called Sunday evening to book an appt. for Monday between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm. Maxime and G (training) arrived at 11:00 am, serviced the washing machine and did a full diagnostic. Called because it wouldn't drain properly, just plugged and they fixed it immediately but noticed it was leaking and checked the gasket which had 7 holes in it. Booked to return with a part between 3:00 and 5:00 they got the part earlier, called an returned at 2:30 pm, done by 3:30. Polite, efficient, clean and excellent workers. I am totally satisfied with their work and would recommend the company to others.

Evgeny arrived on schedule, which is most important. He and his helper repaired our freezer and went the extra mile doing routine and preventative maintenance. We are very happy with the work done. Costs were more than double expected, given previous experience with this reoccurring issue and repair.

The repairs were fast and efficient. Evgen, who performed the service was on time, very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. But what really impressed me was the logistics of the repairs. Modern dispatch software, real-time notifications of technician's status prior to arrival, small scheduling windows (unlike others who want to you sit at home all day and wait for them), availability after regular working hours, credit card payment, electronic invoice. This is the service as it's supposed to be in 21st century. Very impressive and kudos for demonstrating that trades services can also be delivered in a modern way.

The drawer freezer of our fridge was no longer working. It had been having issues for months and making loud grinding noises. One day it finally quit altogether and we had a pile of rotting food. Evgeny Pankratenko showed up within a couple hours of my call and fixed it within the hour! He had the correct part on hand and explained all the issues: why it wasn’t working, where the grinding noise was coming from, and why this could be affecingt the temperature of the fridge above. He placed the fridge back together as it was before only better! Thanks Evgeny!

Evgeny did a great job fixing our dryer. They were able to fix our dryer on the same day as we discovered it was broken. He was actually a few minutes early.

Had a stove that wasn't heating up properly. Called the company at 8:30 am and Evgeny the technician was at our house in 90 minutes. He quickly figured out was was wrong and ordered the replacement part. He was able to get it quickly and came back the next day to repair the stove. Prompt and efficient - job well done

Fast and knowledgable technician. He came within 3hours notice, done the diagnostic and fix the problem with the maytag dryer before leaving as he had the part in his truck... love it!

Hi: My washing machine broke and flooded my basement. Evgen came and rescued me! The service was quick and ge was polite, efficient and knowledgable and now I am happy- clean clothes again! Thanks so much.

Evgeny came on time and solved our problem quickly and tidily and gave us helpful advice. He also straightened the machine, which had got a bit wonky and we're set for many years of happy washings.

Our dishwasher broke on Thanksgiving weekend. I called Max on Saturday, and Evgeny came by the same day. Within 60 minutes he diagnosed the problem, disassembled the dishwasher, fixed the problem, and re-installed the dishwasher. And he cleaned everything up also. Thanksgiving is back on track, efficiently and cost-effectively . Thanks again.
