The gentleman providing the repair service was prompt, efficient and friendly. we could not have asked for more. The entire process from all to completion, including the purchase of pets, took less than 5.5 hours.

Evgen was a pleasure to work with. Polite, professional, great communication between multiple visits & cleaned up the place like nothing ever happened. The electronic receipts were a plus. 3 1/2 hours after a crises call, Evgen was on our doorstep to save our fridge and freezer. Evgen was a professional through and through. He explained our problem, offered the best solution and cost, and fixed our electrical problem in 45 minutes. We appreciated his calls in advance alerting us to his ETA and actual arrival. He cleaned up the area and demonstrated what to look for to prevent other problems. A real PRO.
