I called re. Home water payment and Joseph told me that the co. will give me 5.00 from $34.00 . So every month I just going to pay29.00 + tax , I'm satisfied. I recommended to my neighbor the home water . Thank you Joseph talking to you.

We have had home water system for years, they just upgraded us to a newer system. The service was very pleasent and quick.. Afterwards we had a few questions about our new bill and called the home water office, the gentleman I spoke with was very nice , he answered all our questions pleasantly and professionally. I love this water system and highly recommend it to everyone ! Peter and Cheryl

After paying $30+ a month since 2016, I was getting the impression yesterday that I was being asked to pay more money instead of being offered a simple solution to have someone come and open my filter. Nicole did a great job at putting my mind at ease and we look forward to the new system being installed.

I have had the basic filter system from Home Water for 10 years now. On April 1 of 2023, we experienced a flood due to a faulty bracket on the output side of the sand filter. After speaking with their rep on the phone (emergency call), I was able to bypass the system pending their pluming staff coming to remove the system and replace with an upgraded model at no extra cost to me. They came as scheduled on Apr 3, 2023, replaced the equipment, spent time to explain it all to me, left me the required wrench and a replacement prefilter enabling me to replace it annually as required. All in all, the rep was extremely helpful and very professional. I would recommend tis company to any homeowner wanting clean taste-free water at a reasonable cost.

Excellent customer service, Jai was very helpful with information on updating my filtration system, also very easy to accommodate for the best time to schedule the appointment. Overall very pleased with the service.

I've had the water filtering service since 2015 and have been very pleased with the results. There have been no issues with the system. There is a noticable difference in the quality of water. We receive our filters every 6 months. Very pleased with the product and services and I would highly recommend this group for your water filtering concerns and needs.
