    Satisfied with Joseph’s help on - Monday, April 3/23

    I called in to CANCEL my service due to my financial situation and Joseph was able to resolve my problem with suggesting ways of saving me money and I did not cancel . He was very helpful, pleasant and understood my situation completely .. I was very happy with his decisions and his customer service was EXCELLENT . I was given some incentives, reduced monthly costs and Amazon gift card. Thank you Joseph

    I Enjoy this product very much and I would definitely recommend them to others. Since I received their service I have saved money on buying cases of water bottles. The rep I spoke to today I Enjoy this product very much and I would definitely recommend them to others. Since I received their service I have saved money on buying cases of water bottles.     Customer Service

    I am a loyal customer to the Home Water since 2017. In addition to the fact that, I am very happy with my Homewater 4-Stage Whole Home Filter, I am also very much satisfied with the customer service.     Home water best filter

    My family and I have been loyal customers to Home water for over 5 years. Ben came to pur door back in 2016 and he was the best sales person ever. We even recall inviting him in to join us for dinner. Nadia assisted on the phone and was marvelous as she explained everything thoroughly and even went beyond her time to call us back in the evening. Five stars for quality of filter and 5 stars for customer service.

    Great call with Sushanth and visit with Ben

    Ben came by to have a look at our water filtration system and was so kind to walk us through what we needed. He said an associate was going to call to formally set us up and within 10 minutes. Sushanth was the associate who called and he was so kind and thorough. Looking forward to getting our filter.

    Upgrade

    I was contacted at home by a representative from Home Water who informed me that enbridge will be discontinuing third party billing at the end of the year and that he could offer me a better monthly price and an upgraded unit if I allowed them to bill me direct now. I agreed and was contacted an hour later by the company to set and instalation date and update my payment method. Both representatives I spoke to were pleasant and knowledgeable and we had everything completed in very short space of time.

    Excellent customer care

    Weve been with HomeWater since 2012. Very satisfied with our water filtration system throughout the years. Time is up and need new system. Ben (home agent) and Monica (telephone agent) provided very clear and concise information re: update new billing (no longer attached to Enbridge billing), upgrading system, billing schedule, and new installation date. Extremely professional and kind, acknowledging family under the weather and being efficient in timing. Thank you Monica and Ben.
