This water system is excellent, water tastes very good and I'm using it for all my cooking, drinking and in fact it works very well with keeping your skin PH level. I strongly believe in this product and trust it really protects us from harmful substances through thorough filtration. I again would like to say this water after filtration taste really very good and worth to have this technology at home. Also, the service they provide are fantastic and the customer service provided over email/phone/chat are very exclusive and lovely,

Service started out rough, even though I gave correct information for billing they were unable to take payment for services. This resulted in daily phone calls, txt messages and emails....after speaking with them 2 times they were still not able to provide me with what the issue was other than my payment failed. I call once again and sternly explained the situation again and Jai professionally kept his cool and resolved the issue in a fairly timely manner. When Jai was not sure, he asked to put me on hold and he worked on figuring it out. He did manage to figure it out and processed my payment. Good job Jai, you are definitely an asset to the HomeWater team.
