    Courteous and professional service at reasonable cost

    I contacted Brick Aid Masonry to request a quote for loose bricks under my porch. They were very easy to deal with and provided me with a reasonable quote very quickly. The work was scheduled within a week and completed in the same day it was booked on. The service was professional and courteous and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Brick Aid Masonry's services to anyone.

    Masonry; chimney removal and widen door and window

    Phong and team did an amazing job! They were exceptionally organized and completed the job on time for the next trades without any delays to the project. Great communication throughout the project.

    Brick repair

    I had a retaining brick wall that needed to be repaired. Phong is a great person to work with. From requesting a quote, booking, and completing of work, everything was professional and friendly. Very happy customer here and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

    Stone tuck pointing

    Phong and his team were a pleasure to deal with. The stone in front of my house above the garage and windows had stress cracks and some of the mortar started to come off above the garage. Brick Aid Masonry did a great job fixing it. They cleaned up the debris after completing their job. Would recommend them.

    Retaining wall rebuild

    Phong was awesome to work with. Communicated clearly. Was upfront about price work and timing. And he delivered. I would totally recommend.

    Brick repair and repointing

    Phong & team are responsive, courteous and reliable and go above and beyond, at competitive prices. Phong responded first to my inquiry, came out quickly, identified additional repointing requirements and provided a quote on par with others, except that it included the additional work. He was communicative and offered to come earlier than planned when he had a cancellation. He & team were concerned about clearing the work space so as not to inadvertantly cause damage, cleaned the area afterwards and they even repaired damanged bricks on my retaining wall with leftover cement without asking. They noticed the stones were loose and repaired them because they still had cement. This is a business that's run with pride and initiative. I hope my review leads others to engage it.

    Brick and Mortar Repair

    Phong was very punctual and consistently communicated with us throughout the process. We were very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. I wholeheartedly recommend Brick Aid Masonry for brick and mortar repair work.

    Exterior brick repair and parging

    Phong and his company were great to deal with. He replaced about 200 crumbling water-damaged bricks in a few areas around the outside of our home, and even though it wasn't part of the initial estimate they parged a few other areas where the mortar was receding. He was extremely professional, honest, and thorough. When we discovered some other grade-level bricks that needed replacing with a stone sill he worked with us to do the additional work without stretching our budget too much. They worked late to finish up the work on the last day and Phong came back the next morning to double-check nothing was missed in the dark. I highly recommend Brick Aid Masonry.

    Repointing work and other masonry repair

    Great company to deal with and Phong is a stand up guy. He went above and beyond my original scope of work and was kind enough to fix the little things that he saw needed repairs, all without asking to charge more! Would not hesitate to recommend him.

    Honest, Reliable Company

    Brick Aid Masonry did work for me a year ago which included enlarging and blocking windows, installing lintels and sills, toothing and tuck pointing and brick repair. Phong and his team are professional, genuine and honest. They take pride in their work and are accommodating to their customer needs. It’s difficult to find a company that stands by their work but Brick Aid Masonry does just that. You can have full confidence that your brick project will be completed to your satisfaction if you hire Brick Aid Masonry. Thank you Phong for the care and attention you gave to my project.
