I had a retaining brick wall that needed to be repaired. Phong is a great person to work with. From requesting a quote, booking, and completing of work, everything was professional and friendly. Very happy customer here and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Phong and his team were a pleasure to deal with. The stone in front of my house above the garage and windows had stress cracks and some of the mortar started to come off above the garage. Brick Aid Masonry did a great job fixing it. They cleaned up the debris after completing their job. Would recommend them.

Phong responded first to my inquiry, came out quickly, identified additional repointing requirements and provided a quote on par with others, except that it included the additional work. He was communicative and offered to come earlier than planned when he had a cancellation. He & team were concerned about clearing the work space so as not to inadvertantly cause damage, cleaned the area afterwards and they even repaired damanged bricks on my retaining wall with leftover cement without asking. They noticed the stones were loose and repaired them because they still had cement. This is a business that's run with pride and initiative. I hope my review leads others to engage it.

Phong and his company were great to deal with. He replaced about 200 crumbling water-damaged bricks in a few areas around the outside of our home, and even though it wasn't part of the initial estimate they parged a few other areas where the mortar was receding. He was extremely professional, honest, and thorough. When we discovered some other grade-level bricks that needed replacing with a stone sill he worked with us to do the additional work without stretching our budget too much. They worked late to finish up the work on the last day and Phong came back the next morning to double-check nothing was missed in the dark. I highly recommend Brick Aid Masonry.

I needed to replace the deteriorating bricks in the front of my house. I was also considering covering my concrete front step with tile and Phong suggested stone instead which was an excellent recommendation! Although the work was extensive, his quote was very competitive. As the work progressed, Phong saw additional issues and voluntarily did the extra work without additional charges. I was also very impressed as to how quickly he responded to messages. It was a pleasure to work with Phong. He is very professional and hard working. I contacted Brick Aid Masonry for a quote to brick up a window at my home. Phong from Brick Aid came to provide a quote, he was professional, polite and was detailed as to what the project would involve. Phong and Van from Brick Aid Masonry showed up exactly at the time we had set for the project date and went right to work. They kept the area neat and clean and when they encountered an issue with the top layer of brick near my soffit they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the finish and that the job was done right. The final product was seamless and you can’t tell where my original brick and new brick meet - amazing work. The communication provided by Phong before, during and after the project was always quick, polite and professional.
