    Water heater, AC service, Door bell and Nest thermostat

    I just changed my previous provide for the Simply Smart Home and I really enjoy the new service such as Nest door bell and the Thermostat. I got it all the service with Elena Kemaeva that gave me excellent customer service. My water heater and the nest products was installed in one business day and works perfectly! I am still paying the same amount, however with couple great products from Nest that I can say changed my life!!!! Thanks Elena!

    Outstanding Service from the heart!!

    I recently sign up for the free Carbon/fire detector and Ashwin came to my house for installation. He was great even from the first phone call. He came and install the device for me seamlessly. He then giving me some tips to maintain my furnace, AC etc. He noticed my HWT was old and is using up too much energy and have recommend to replace it for me honoring the same old price. I have dealt with many other contractors but Ashwin is one that stands out from the rest. He dont pressure me to buy anything he just merely recommending from his true heart to help a customer out. Even after the installation was complete and he has 'secure' the deal, he always answer my phone call for any issues that I have with the products 24/7. I have not yet feel any technician that is true to their customers as Ashwin. He have made me change my negative perception of ' horrible sales pitch'. I am extremely happy with Simply Smart Home, but importantly it is Ashwin that makes me becomes a loyal customer of SSH.

    Water heater

    Devraj was great and fast and came professionally and explained things clearly, no hassle. We got our service quickly and easily and the whole process was quick and painless, well done.

    Furnace and outdoor camera

    Devraj. He kindly explained the plan to us about the furnace and how it will be installed. Plus he gave us a discount on it and helped out with audit and how it works for a better smart home.

    smart home

    Devraj, he is very professional and knowledgeable.He told me all the details of the furnace and what to do. He check all detectors whole house and told me what to replace the smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector.

    Water heater and nest protect

    Devraj was very helpful and friendly. He answered any questions I had and explained everything very clearly. I was hesitant to switch my services to Simply Smart Home but he convinced me of the advantages of switching.

    Smart home

    Devraj came to our home and provided sound recommendations on services pans for our home and priced the plans to our satisfaction. Personable and down to earth service! A+ highly recommended.

    Water heater and nest protects

    Devraj came to our home and thoroughly assessed our current furnace, water heater and smoke detectors and then went in-depth to explain how his products and services would help us save money in the long run and also have a positive impact on the environment. Upon his recommendation, we decided to change our water heater!

    Furnace protection plan

    Devraj came to my home today (on time) and gave me a tutorial about furnaces/air conditioning/ nest smart products etc. He was so well informed about what services I needed and what could wait. He ended up giving me a deal that I could not turn down!! Also with this new smart plan that I signed up for I’m getting 3 new Nest smart smoke detectors and a nest smart thermostat!! 30 day risk free trial and can cancel at anytime!! Great service call!!
