    Brilliant Customer Service

    It is always difficult to make sure you find trades people that you trust to do good work, particularly when you are an elderly homeowner. Jim and his team worked to rid my Mum's driveway of weeds between the pavers and then lay down polymeric sand in between the pavers to lock them in and prevent weed growth in the future - detailed work; After doing a brilliant job on that, my Mum also asked them to redo some fencing, including building a new gate, and ultimately did her windows; each project was finished beautifully. As I live out of town, it was great to know that these lovely gentlemen took good care of my Mum and did great work - we are grateful!

    Good for gutters

    Came across this company working on another house in my neighborhood as I was looking for gutter cleaning. Spoke with Jimmy who was an absolute pleasure to deal with as he was two things I find really hard to find with the trade industy at times that are so valuable, honesty and responsive. Thank you Jimmy and would work with this company any day again

    Window cleaning services

    The fellows did a great job. They were efficient & very professional. They have cleaned the windows on multiple occasions for us & we always have the same great results.

    Window cleaning ans spider spray

    I have been using The Orange Guys for a few years now, they never cease to impress. Sparkling windows and the spider spray works like no other. The crew are always professional and courteous. You must give them a try you will not be disappointed. They also clean siding, eaves & soffits and eaves debris removal.

    Window cleaning

    The orange guys did a phenomenal job with our windows, Couldnt be happier. Very professional, clean cut, and worked extremely hard when on site. I would recommend these guys to all friends and family. Thank you again guys, we will be back! Nick & Lucy

    Interior and exterior window cleaning

    I contacted HomeStars to find a reputable company to clean the interior and exterior windows of our recently acquired resale home. Upon sending my request, I got an immediate response from Danielle of Performance Property Services by email, and then by Adam via text message providing me with a quote. Two days later, both Joseph and Jaime arrived today and did a good job cleaning all of our windows and sliding doors. They were finished in 1 hour! Our basement window looks like it had not been cleaned in many years. So it was a bit tricky as some of the exterior windows cannot be removed. Of the ones that could be removed, Jamie did a good job in cleaning them, then leaving it open so now we get some fresh airflow in the basement. Thanks guys for being so friendly and for doing a good job.

    Great commercial cleaning

    Performance Property Services has been our go to for window cleaning for our Commercial Property where we have numerous high windows at a busy public facility in Grimsby. PPS is professional, diligent, and always follows through till the jobs complete. I highly recommend Performance and their crew of skilled workers

    Windows and Spider Spray

    I am so happy with the service from Performance Property Services, very professional, great prices and most of all great workmanship. I would recommend them to anyone who needs outside, inside windows done, they also do siding, eaves trough washing and removal of debris and of course Spider Spray...which is so very important to me and it really works. They also do other things like power washing and more. Give them a call you will not be disappointed.
