    Eavestrough cleaning

    They came on time and did a good job despite the rain. I am satisfied and have no complaints.

    Eaves trough cleaning

    Excellent service. Quick and easy to arrange/book. The team of two were polite and engaging, but more importantly, I noted a few items for them to be mindful of whilst completing the job, and they absolutely were. This was my second time hiring the company for this job and I’ve already booked my slot for the spring. Thanks so much Performance!!

    Window Cleaning

    I have been a client of Performance Property for over ten years and have always found their service excellent. I hope they will be able to do work around our property for the next ten years and I highly recommend this company.

    Eaves cleaning

    They were professional, courteous and helpful. Showed up on time and did the job under windy and tough conditions.

    Spider Spray is the best!!!!

    I have had spiders in previous years so bad, I've purchased all kinds of sprays. I heard about Performance Property Services doing a spider spay to the outside of the house. WOW what a difference, well worth the money, only had about 4-5 spiders in the house all Spring, Summer and Fall. They sprayed 3 times...so worth it, especially if you are afraid of spiders like I am

    Cleaning the eaves troughs

    The workers were polite, efficient and left no mess. My roof is very high and they were able to clean them safely!

    Eaves Trough Situation

    Right from the "get go" everything was handled professionally. From Adam arriving to size the situation, the two fellows tending to the house eaves trough - parts had gutter guard, some did not - They tended to the whole mess, were very polite, respectful, cleaned up after themselves. Come highly recommended! Certainly would use them again!

    Spider Spray and Window cleaning

    I would highly recommend PPS. We use their services a couple of times per year and they are always professional, on time and very friendly. The spider spray products work brilliantly. Worth contacting them if you have spider issues!

    Window cleaning,siding wash,eves cleaning,spider spray

    Company has been doing work for us for several years. Always to our satisfaction and at price as quoted. Crews are courteous.
