The website says there is 3 months warranty for labour cost and up to 12 months on parts for any repair. My $180 repair only lasts for less than 1 week. No refund is being provided. Don't trust the words on the website.Review from HomeOwner HomeOwner

We called Alpha to check a small leak from the base of our washing machine, and were very impressed with their response. Alan got back to us within a day with a cost estimate for the necessary repair work, was here a day later to inspect the problem, and in the end took care of our washer, cleaned out our dryer, and gave me very good advice on how to keep both working well. We plan on having him back for more work, and would recommend him and Alpha highly.Answer from pro:

Alan and Oscar were amazing !! Promptly answered all text messages leading up to the service. Showed up in the 3hour time window committed to. Alerted me prior to showing up. Oscar the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Well done guys !! I rarely experience this level of customer service these days. I’d definitely use again and tell others. My washing machine stopped working. I tried the fuse - no luck. Someone recommended Alpha Appliance. I called and was given advice of what to do and yes, we got it working. Our fridge was so noisy that our nerves were frayed. Alan deducted the cost of his first diagnostic visit, for a discount on the second visit. ordered 2 parts to make sure one of them would work. He followed proper COVID protocols. It did not take him long to fix our fridge, and it is still running smoothly and much quieter. We would not hesitate to recommend him.Answer from pro:
