    Leaking washing machine

    I had a leaking washing machine where a lot of water would leak every time I put a new load in. The technician came and spent a lot of time trying to understand the problem and fixed it. He explained the problem well and and handled the situation very professionally.

    Excellent service! Highly recommend!

    Our dryer stopped running on Saturday afternoon and Allen was there on Sunday morning. He was fantastic. Showed up right on time and gave us advance notice as to a specific time. Very friendly, honest and super accommodating. He cleaned our dryer (lots of gunk) and replaced a fuse. Allen was super clean too so there was absolutely no mess. We would highly recommend him and his company and would not hesitate to call him again.

    GE Stove repair

    Had an issue with my GE range where one of the heating elements was not working. Alan diagnosed the problem and had it up fixed the following day after getting the required part. Great service and very professional. Highly recommended.

    Dishwasher repair

    Allen did a wonderful job Repairing our LG dishwasher - and it’s hard to find repairmen that work on LG! He was courteous and very tidy. it’s up and running like new. Thanks Allen!

    Dishwasher repaired

    Great job! Quick and friendly service. Joe sent somebody because he was busy. Al came and my dishwasher was running in no time. Thanks! Will definitely recommend. He also gave me tips on how to save on the dishwasher cycles.

    Dishwasher repair

    Was referred to Allen and he made a repair to our 10+-year-old Kenmore dishwasher. Allen came exactly when he said he would, diagnosed the issue promptly, made the repair (difficult to get at because the dishwasher sits lower, on subfloor vs floor) at the price he quoted. He was pleasant and courteous and careful to clean/return everything to normal. I appreciated the service and, while we likely won’t repair this dishwasher again, would call Allen anytime to repair other appliances.
