    Dishwasher Installation

    Allan was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Our install wasn't a simple straightforward one, and Allan showed his expertise in being able to problem solve on the fly to successfully complete the installation. There were certain parts that we didn't have, and in the current situation with the pandemic, they would have been impossible for us to get; Allan was able to get the parts for us to complete the job. He was very kind and answered all of our questions, and he took the time to ensure that we were happy. His pricing was very fair and competitive. We recommend Allan to anyone looking for professional help with their appliances.

    Repair fridge

    Freezer leaking, replace clogged tube. Yup that is what happened indeed it was, my friends

    KitchenAid Dishwasher Installation

    My dishwasher stopped working and as it was old I bought a new KitchenAid dishwasher. I called couple of companies and Alpha Appliance responded to me very fast and made an appointment the next day. Alan, the technician, was very professional, and considered COVID protocol. He hauled away the old dishwasher without any damage to paint or door frames and installed the new one. I'm very satisfied with the price and level of service.

    Refrigerator

    punctual and friendly . He tried to fix the problem but it didn’t fixed 2 parts changed and it didn’t fixed same as before finally he returned the money .

    Dryer

    Alan is amazing! He warned me that the issue with my dryer could be difficult for one person to fix along, but he managed to do so without complications. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

    Fixed my washing machine

    Needed a new filter pump for my washing machine. Reached out via homestars late in the day and had someone at my house within 36 hours. Man was polite and wore a mask while he worked. He fixed my filter pump and was done rather quickly. My machine works well again!

    Freezer service

    Allen from alpha appliance was fast, honest and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed my freezer quickly. I would recommend him for appliance service.

    Professional, prompt and honest service

    Allen from Alpha Appliance promptly responded to my inquiry. He communicated very well as we tried to trouble shoot common issues with my clothes dryer. We then decided it was best he come for an onsite inspection. He was on time, very thorough and honest about next steps including his recommendations. Allen totally respected Covid 19 safety protocols. I was very happy with Allen and recommend you use him for any appliance repair.
