    GE Fridge Leak

    Came within 30 minutes of my call. Only charged for service since it was so easy for him. Great friendly guy, 100% using him again.

    Honest and Friendly

    We called Allen after our older fridge stopped worked - he was able to fix it on the spot, but also diagnosed that the part would need to be replaced sooner or later. He provided an accurate cost estimate and advice on how we should proceed. I would not hesitate to call him again!

    Fridge Repair

    I found them using Homestars and I figured with such high reviews I should try them. I am so happy I did. I talked to Allan, he asked me a bunch of questions to see what the issue might be. He explained the pricing and managed to squeeze us in the next day. He texted half an hour before coming. He arrived as promised and followed all covid protocols. We felt very safe. He diagnosed the problem promptly and fixed it in no time. He even gave us some tips on preventative maintenance. He charged us as discussed. No surprise. Very satisfied. I would definitely use their services again.

    Dishwasher repair

    The service was so professional. Allen was so knowledgeable about dishwashers, he was informative, and was able to identify the issue very quickly and problems solved. I’m so sure will use his service in the future in case our dishwasher gave us trouble again or buying a new ones.

    LG Washer

    We had a leak from the washer on the weekend and Alan responded promptly to my service request on a Sunday morning. He scheduled a visit for the next day and arrived at the agreed upon on time. He was able to identify the issue quickly and complete the repair. Luckily it was an easy fix and the washer is working normally again.

    dishwasher repair

    Dishwasher was leaking and shut off valve was frozen. Alan was able to come the next day, diagnose the problem and source the part. He returned the same day and repaired the dishwasher. Thanks Alan.

    Fridge

    They fixed the issue. Unfortunately I still had to pay for an uncertain future of how long my fridge will last. He advised that the replacement of compressor is not worth it and should buy a new fridge, so he repaired the fridge to last as long as the compressor lasts. It is out of their control but he was very thorough and fixed what needed to be fixed.

    Dishwasher replacement

    Picture this: Alan goes to uninstall the old dishwasher and discovers that in 2010 the hardwood installers covered just the front feet with hardwood. The machine would not slide back (no room) and we could not detach the feet/legs. Thank goodness Alan persevered and tried a few solutions, settling on using a drill to cut through the hardwood enough to release the front feet/legs. Epic fix! Invisible thanks to the skirt at the bottom. Then installed the new machine, made sure everything was working and left it all perfect. With this plus another great experience, we will always call Alpha if we need service. We appreciated your professionalism and problem-solving on a tough job!

    Dryer control panel repair

    Dryer control panel shorted out Saturday afternoon. Returned with fixed part and completed repair by Monday afternoon. Quick, courteous, and followed all COVID precautions. Awesome job! I would recommend them to anyone.

    Dishwasher repair
