    Washer machine service

    Our washing machine broke on a long weekend and Alpha appliance service helped us out so we could get our family's laundry back on track. We were grateful that he was able to help us on short notice and taking time from his personal time ,especially on a long weekend.

    Freezer repair

    The gentleman who fixed my fridge/freezer was fast, professional, showed up on time, was very informative of the issue and what he was doing to repair it. I will use this company again!

    Clothes washer not working

    Clothes washer repair Clothes washer broke down, called Joe,joe was on vacation at the time,but had sent one of his colleague to come and take of us.experiance was excellent,.have been using Joe for many years, still the best.Thanks Joe and thanks Allen great Job.

    Samsung Dishwasher- Alpha Appliance to the Rescue!

    Alen is a true professional. He showed up in safety gear and maintained good distance while diagnosing and relating the problem. What really impressed me was that he didn't take what he saw at face value -busted water line.....but dug further. He could've easily charged me to replace the part -only to call him back. His experience after further evaluation resulted in confirming that my dishwasher wasn't worth fixing and best just to replace. He even suggested a brand he trusts! Now I trust Alen and Alpha Appliance. Thanks for providing honest and upfront service.

    Washer Repair/Check

    Washer smelled like burning on a weekend. Alpha Appliances was the only company in the Homestars Best of 2020 list to pick up my call. They sent a technician the next day who determined that I don't need to replace any parts + gave me tips on washer care (common issue in condos). Very satisfied with the service. Will contact them again if I need any maintenance or repair done.

    Repaired washer

    When a washer breaks down on a Sunday and you have tons of kids laundry to wash, you have no choice but to call around the best of Homestays list and hope that a kind and competent repair person responds soon enough to make the trek at very short notice. That is what happened in this case. Not only was he kind enough to answer the phone he promptly gave a very reasonable time frame the same day when he would come in to fix it. He stated his costs up front so they were no big surprises and most importantly when he came as scheduled, he asked the right questions, deduced the problem and made the fix all within the hour! I truly appreciate his professionalism, knowledge, quick response to the original call and the speed with which he showed up that SAME day, the way in which he let me know what the problem and how he explained I should use the machine from now on to prevent this from happening again. It was a very very satisfactory interaction and I will be sure to reach out to Alpha appliance should we have any other issues. Thank you again! Thank you so much for saving my day and my week!

    Fixing of sub zero door and wolf microwave door

    I have used homestars for years but this is this first review as I was extremely impressed with the level of service provided by Allen. Prompt, courteous and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend. Excellent service!
