    Dishwasher repair

    I had actually contacted another appliance service company from HomeStars about the repair to my dishwasher, which had broken down earlier in the day. They called me back and stated they didn't service my area but could refer me to another company (Alpha). Almost immediately Allen from Alpha called me back and said he could be at my house within the hour. Sure enough he came, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem within half an hour, all at a reasonable price. Allen was pleasant and answered all of my questions, even when he had half his body under the sink! We were very pleased, and will be calling Alpha the next time something breaks down.

    Repair of Electric Range Oven

    We were very satisfied with Alpha Appliance Services In fixing our "runaway" oven temperature issue. He was courteous, punctual and honest. Worked diligently to fix what turned out to be a complex problem. And very reasonable rates. No hesitation recommending. Ed and Ariane

    Fridge repair

    I called for service and they were at my home less than 2 hours later. Excellent service. Great communication. Very friendly and helpful.

    Dryer repair

    Allen worked in a timely professional manner. He was on sight within an hour of being called. Answered all questions we had regarding the work being done. I would highly recommend him to friends and family as well as call him again for future work.

    Refrigerator repair

    My fridge was leaking water which was freezing on the bottom. Allen diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly in the amount of time he specified. He answered any questions I had, esp because I wanted to know exactly what the problem was. He was friendly, communicative, got the job done.

    Leaking washing machine

    Contractor took off the front of washer after determining that there was no problem with hose and hot/cold hook ups. Leak was inside, top bearing needs to be replaced.

    Washer Repair

    I have an older model of a front loading washer. The gasket tore on the outside lip causing it to leak. I put a call out to homestars and Alen at Alpha Appliance repair gave me a good quote to replace the part. They responded quickly and I'm back to doing my laundry within a day! Pretty Happy with that.

    Refrigerator repair

    Fridge not cooling late afternoon so I called. Alan came within the hour. Diagnosed the problem with the defrost control panel. Came back today with the part to install. Finished within a half hour. Polite, prompt and efficient. Kept me informed. Definitely would call again. Bernadette

    Fixed washing machine

    Allan did a great job repairing our washing machine. There was something stuck in the pump. Pleasant, honest and fair. Glad we found him! Would recommend this service. Thank you Allan!

    Washer Repair

    We had a problem with our washing machine. Allen was quick to respond and flexible with his visit time to accommodate my schedule. He was very professional and informative about my appliance. Very pleased with the service and would use again. Would recommend to others.
