    curved stairlift

    Felipe installed our stairlift; very professional, efficient and helpful, explained everything very well after installation. Very personable and experienced in the trade. Very satisfied. He offered to answer any further questions if we need help after installation.

    Chair Lift Service

    A recovery is a journey that begins with that first crucial step. And when my husband sustained a life altering medical condition our home was transformed overnight by walkers and wheelchairs and bathtub lifts. But one of the most daunting was five stairs to doctors appointments and life outside the house and freedom. The Stannah Chairlift has provided this and more. The representatives and staff worked closely with our personal unique situation and provided a timely solution. The technician who did the actual installation was courteous and prompt and the installation took a little over 2 hours to complete. He then explained the the entire setup and addressed any questions we had. All my husband and I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you.. You rock Stannah Chairlift

    The installation was great. The work was done promptly and cleanly. The info given was helpful too.

    Chair lift

    I read the reviews about Stannah and they were very good. I read reviews about another company and the reviews were terrible. The tech who installed my chair lift made sure that the installation was perfect and that I understood all operational aspect of the chair lift after the install. All questions I had about the install were answered to my satisfaction. The tech was very professional and knew his product well. I would highly recommend Stannah to anyone.

    Excellent product and service!

    Christy did a great job advising us about the stairlift - she's extremely knowledgeable and obviously passionate about the quality of the product - and rightfully so as the stairlift is well designed and a great mobility aid. We received a lower quote from Acorn but weren't happy with the width of their rail (and it only charges at the top and bottom), and the 90 degree angle of the chair at the top of the stairs. The Stannah stairlift uses a vertical rail (less unsightly and dust-catching), charges anywhere on the rail, and angles diagonally at the top of the stairs so there is no gap you're at risk of falling through. Also we were able to choose the colour (Acorn comes in one colour) - the chair is actually quite elegant. Stannah also has a buy-back option and advised us that you can receive a discount if you are a CARP member. Excellent product, excellent service! We're very happy with our Stannah stairlift!

    Custom Stairlift

    Great experience. Got a few quotes and Jim and his company stood out as knowledgeable and professional that it a was an easy choice to make to go with them. The stair lift was delivered as promised - on time and exactly what was ordered. Installation was completed on time and they cleaned up after themselves.

    Custom Stairlift

    From start to finish we were very happy with Jim and his team. We had both a custom curved stairlift and a straight stairlift installed. Installation was done beautifully and his staff left the premises clean. We would highly recommend Stannah Stairlifts for quality, price and customer service.

    Stair lift design and install

    Extremely happy with the design and installation of the stairlift. We did get quotes from three different companies and I’m glad we went with Stannah. All the staff have been very helpful, courteous and ready to provide answers to all our concerns. I would definitely recommend anyone wanting to have a stairlift installed to contact Stannah Canada!

    Stair lift

    We purchased a Stair lift from basement to second floor, Great product and great customer service. Installation crew very professional and they left the house spotless. Would recommend this company

    Stairlift Markham

    In business for 150 YEARS ,when I searched for a Company for stairlift that's what caught my eye You were the first to appear as I searched. My 94 year old Mother was hospitalized for a week,when she was released she needed lots of help, because until about 6 months ago my Mom was very independent and taking care of everyone else.Now it's our turn (her Children) to make sure she gets the best care possible and that she IS HAPPY. We only have one Mother and at her age and even before that deserves the best care possible. Thank-you Christie for your professionalism and for being kind and understanding.
