In our search for an adequate stairlift we had presentations by four or five companies. Although they had many good points none of them came close to what we needed. A search on the internet revealed STANNAH (The Stairlift People). Further investigation showed that they had developed simple and easy to use controls which more than met our expectation. More than that though the courtesy and efficiency of the staff made the purchase that much easier. The only advice I can give to people is : “If you’re not looking at STANNAH you’re looking in the wrong place.”

We needed to have stairlifts installed for the 3 flights of stairs in our home. Christine Aikin, a Senior Advisor, came to our home to discuss them with us and to assess our needs. She was very pleasant and helpful and answered every question. She did not rush us and was thorough with all of her replies as well as with her advice. - A short time later, Rodrigo, Felice, & Patrick came to install the 3 stairlifts. They were very pleasant, professional, and thorough. They, too, answered all of our questions with no rushing involved. They left everything spotless and made sure we knew and understood exactly how to use the stairlifts which included trial runs. We can't speak highly enough of all 4 of the Stannah staff. Their stairlifts can be rented for temporary use, but we decided to purchase and have them ready for any possible future needs. We are happy with our choice and highly recommend them. We are very satisfied with Stannah, their lifts, their staff, and their work. It was also reassuring to read all the positive reviews for them online, beforehand. We highly recommend them.

Our home is a back split with 3 sets of stairs which were becoming a problem from time to time. We had a lift installed on each 3 of them and it has made life so much easier! (You can also have one custom made to go down and up all 3 levels instead of the 3 separate ones we chose.) Christy, a Senior Advisor was great to work with. She spent time with us, answered all our questions, and supplied everything we needed to know. The team of Rodrigo, Felipe, and Patrick were totally professional, polite, and courteous. They took time to answer every question, took care of all our needs and questions, made sure we fully understood and practiced the use of the stair lift before leaving and left everything spotless. I can't praise them all highly enough! I was concerned about feeling secure riding on them, but my first experience took care of that immediately. They feel very secure and have a very smooth ride. They also have many great safety and other features. I especially like the way the chair can be turned at the top of the stairs for easy, safe exit. I highly recommend the Stannah company, their team, and their stairlifts!
