I want to say THANK YOU for the quick return of my phone call and less than 2 hours later an outstanding service man arrived and repaired my problem.

I am totally satisfied. I bought two, one to access my upper floor and one to get to the basement. The sales person as well as the installer were both professional, pleasant and efficient. They have made my home much safer for me, and of course, I don't have to hesitate to go up or down. As well, my family and friends have stopped worrying about me falling down the stairs. I have essentially turned my two story home into a bungalow!

This review is a bit late but perhaps more helpful since it's a year on and we continue to be impressed. After a brief call with Kirsten in the office, she sent a brochure and set up an appointment with Steve. Steve is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He presented the lift models, operation, and optional features on a tablet in a way that was informative and practical. He was very friendly and patient explaining things to my elderly parent, whom the stairlift was for. We signed the contract for a straight Sienna model, along with the power swivel option, which, though expensive, I highly recommend. Within 3 days, Max came by for the installation. He was super efficient and kept everything very neat and tidy prior to doing a complete demo for us. The installation took about 3 hours and Max made sure we were comfortable using the lift before leaving. The Stannah stairlift has been a game changer for us. Our only regret is that we didn't get one sooner. I highly recommend Stannah - their staff are professional and courteous, and their product is outstanding - and continues to be so a whole year later.

After much research I concluded that Stannah chairlift products would meet and even exceed everything myself and my wife will need for many years to come and now that the installation is complete I can state we were 100% right. The entire process from the first visit by the salesperson, Jamie until the installation by Jeff went extremely smoothly - we had the chairlift delivered and installed in less than 4 business days which is truly amazing. Jamie explained to us in great detail each and every one of the available options and what we really appreciated was that at no point we felt pressured into making a decision or even choosing Stannah over any other supplier out there. Despite him being a young person, Jamie is a truly remarkable professional. Jeff came to our place on the day scheduled for installation about 10 minutes earlier but waited patiently outside until the agreed start time. He did his work without wasting any time and the quality of his workmanship is simply impeccable. After three hours, when everything was complete he ran the demonstration of how the chairlift works, its safety features and walked me through various troubleshooting codes and their meaning. Not for a single second he lost his patience with me as surely I had a lot of questions so I make sure I have everything covered. I was truly impressed by Jeff as a skilled technician and as a person. These being said, I wholeheartedly recommend Stannah chairlift and their services to anyone looking for a great product contracted and delivered by a great team.

Our install was amazing. Once completed Jeff explained everything to us regarding the operation of the stair lift, including all the safety features. My wife and I were happy with how easy it is to operate. Thanks Jeff for your patience and understanding.

Our entire experience with the stair lift process was quick, efficient and professional. From the initial site assessment and estimate with Steve to the installation with Joe and Jeff (?) the entire process was painless. The quality of the equipment is exceptional and the peace of mind it provides is worth every penny.

Steve was an amazing salesperson. He is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He is not pushy and has a great temperament. We ordered a stair lift and put a deposit down. Unfortunately, we required a refund after a few days. Though the product was already in production, Steve and the team offered us a full refund of our deposit given the circumstances we were dealing with. True customer service. Great job and wonderful reputation for a stand-up company. Nice job Steve and team.

I worked with Steve, he was the sales consultant that came to the house. I can't say enough good things about Steve, he was very polite, very knowledgeable about his product and the feature and benefits it provided over the competition. Steve was a true professional, never said anything negatively about his competition but pointed out some of the obvious differences. If you have having difficulty deciding on what company to go with , let me help you with that. don't hesitate, give Stannah the business, you won't be disappointed.
