When you purchase a home modification device like this, the process can be daunting. Searching online and arranging home visits for measurements and options is time consuming. Made even more complicated due to COVID 19. Looking at reviews can be useful in your final decision. Once you have chosen the company and if it is a custom install as mine was, the wait time is around 4 weeks. I was called the week before installation and given a few dates to choose. The first of three trucks arrived about 15 min ahead of time. I had a great install team of David, Ben and Joe (names in order of arrival). The first on scene brought in the parts and laid them out in the correct location on my triple curved stairs. The team was able to install within three and a half hours. I use the word team because they all problem solved any issues that came up, a very collaborative work environment. The parts are heavy and well built, it is definitely a 3 person job. It is a significant purchase and I did my research and picked the best not the lowest of my quotations. The Stannah process from initial home visit to installation was outstanding. The install process was just icing on the cake. Most importantly my mother loves her new chair and has been up and down over a dozen times in less than 24 hours. I would highly recommend Stannah Canada Inc to anyone in the market for this type of device. Thanks to Christy who was kind enough to email me after installation to get my feedback. From the beginning this company was great! No pressure sales, no relentless follow up ( unlike the competition)....a pleasure to work with. Matthew (the sales person) was awesome from the beginning. The installation crew were fantastic! Real pleasure to work with.

Did research and found Stannah with very high ratings. Big attraction was NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES AND GREAT SERVICE REVIEWS. Made a call and 2 days later Mathew came and provided a quote. We accepted and 5 days later Joe installed it in under 3 hrs. GO WITH THESE GUYS. YOU WON'T BE SORRY.

The product was as described, the price was as described (no"extras") the installation was when they said it would be and it was done promptly and done with great care. What more could you ask for?

We had 2 stair lifts installed in our 2 story home, a curved one between the main floor and upstairs, and a straight one between the main floor and basement. Matt came to do the assessment and quote. He fully explained the product and answered all of our questions. We ordered the stair lifts and the measurements were taken. All the timing for delivery and installation was explained and all done within what was committed to. The installers came and did the work in the time explained. All were very courteous and friendly. Everyone who came to the house wore masks due to the covid situation and cleaned up the work areas before leaving, removing all the packaging. The stair lifts work great and appear to be very high quality. We are very pleased with them, and our experience when dealing with Stannah, so would highly recommend them to anyone who is seeking a stair lift.

Six years ago my dad fell and broke his hip. After his surgery he hasn’t been able to walk without assistance and climbing up the stairs to get to his bedroom has been extremely difficult. He refused to get a stairlift as he saw it as a symbol of defeat and he didn’t want to spend all that money on one....lol. However, we got to the point where we were literally lifting him up the stairs and it was impossible to do it anymore. So, there was no choice...we needed a stairlift. I did a ton of research before I decided on a Stannah. I “test drove” a few different brands, read reviews, etc. and concluded that Stannah was the stairlift I wanted. Matthew took his time to explain every detail of the lift and answered all my questions. When installation day arrived, David and Ben arrived on time. They were professional and very polite. They cleaned up and didn’t leave any mess behind. I was impressed. When my dad got on and made his way downstairs after one month of being stuck upstairs, he was very happy. He loves his stairlift! We’ve had it for a couple of days now and he’s been up and down at least three times a day now! I’m extremely happy that I chose Stannah and I highly recommend Stannah to anyone that is looking to get a stairlift. The only regret I have is that we didn’t get it sooner.

Stannah is an excellent company. Their chairlift is truly excellent, fitting my circular staircase perfectly. It works without a hitch. Their secretary Lori at the showroom is very courteous and helpful, answering all my questions in a most competent fashion. Their sales specialist Matthew, who came to my house making the detailed measurements, is most professional and gave me very good advice. The three technicians who came to my house to install the lift did a wonderful job. I feel compelled to give this company a perfect score!

Matthew our sales consultant was very knowledgeable and helpful. From our research Stannah has the best warranty. Timely product delivery and well trained, friendly installers. We are pleased with the product quality and Feel confident in the service promised. We would not hesitate to recommend Stannah.
