Jason and team were incredible in restoring our 70+ year old floors to looking like new. Even an area we thought was too far gone to be restored and thought we would have to replace with tile. Pictures don’t even do it justice. Highly recommend Toronto Restoration Services.

Toronto Restoration Services responded to posting within minutes, and came and completed the job the next day. They are clear communicators which makes coordinating the work very simple. They also are very experienced as they knew how to apply the finish we had in a particular technique given the flooring material/depth we had. Would recommend consulting them for any flooring job.

Restoration services did a great job of fixing the wood floors in my kitchen that were warped and damaged due to leaking water. They removed and replaced the damaged section then sanded and stained the rest of the floor to match You would never know there was ever any damage. The floor looks like new. Great job
