Great refinishing results
Toronto Restoration Service brought our hardwood floors back to life - from dark stained solid oak to light and natural, its brightened up our home remarkably. The team was very friendly and conscientious. They were careful with their work, and kept things nice and clean. We had wider boards that were almost impossible to find to repair a section - but they actually managed to track them down. Low VOC sealer and varnish kept the fumes down. Beautiful job and great experience. We enthusiastically recommend this company.

Living Room Floor Refinishing
It is with sincere pleasure and the utmost confidence that I recommend Toronto Restoration Services. Jason and his team transformed our weary-looking honey-coloured living room hardwood floor into a superb, rich-looking dark one. Jason is very organized and is an excellent communicator. Also, there were no unpleasant surprises with the final cost: the price quoted was the price paid. I have no reservations about calling Jason and his team for future refinishing projects.

Great job from a great company
We were near the end of a kitchen reno, and needed the floor to be sanded and refinished. At first we went with a company recommended to us, but realized fairly quickly that they were fairly new to the business and used rented equipment. A job that was supposed to last 2 to 3 days started off with long gouges in the floor, which really came to light when the stain was put on. To add insult to injury the stain didn't match the floors in the hallway & living room. The original company sent in their top guy to try to fix everything, but 5 full working days later -- with other contractors put on hold -- he couldn't fix the issue. It was bad enough that several people recommended a full replacement. Long story short, Toronto Restoration Services was recommended to us. Jason reassured us that he and his crew would be able to do the job to our complete satisfaction, and to do it in two days or less. He was right. Alex and Oscar took care of the resanding in one afternoon, with dust-suppression vacuums that kept the mess to a minimum. Alex (truly an artist) came by the following day for the final stages, building the finish up by layers -- filler, perfectly matched stain, buffering, varnish layers -- followed by the quarter round + kickplates. Perfection! Another difference between the two companies was the smell: the first used something with enough VOCs to kill flies. Toronto Restoration was almost odour-free.

Hardwood floor refinishing
Jason and his crew did a great job on my hardwood floors. It exceeded my expectations. My 60+ year old floors look brand new I would totally recommend Jason and his guys to everyone. Great job guys!!

Amazing Job!

Full condo renovation -hardwood floor refinishing, baseboards, popcorn ceiling removal, painting
Jason and his team completed a four-surface renovation of our condo (hardwood floor refinishing, popcorn ceiling removal, walls patching and painting). Throughout the process Jason was very easy to communicate with and the job was completed on time and on budget with his employees working nights and weekends to get the job done. The results speak for the themselves and his team did a fantastic job repairing our damaged and discoloured engineered hardwood flooring. I would highly recommend Toronto Restoration Services to anyone requiring hardwood or engineered hardwood restoration or refinishing, and for more general renovation work.

Refinish flooring and stairs
Jason and his team did an amazing Job refinishing our floor. We were so pleased with their work we decided to continue with 2 flights of stairs and our large banister. Highly recommend Toronto Restoration Services for top quality work at competitive pricing.

Hardwood Floors Sanded and Stained
Jason did an amazing job on my floors, he was in contact with me from start to finish, explaining the steps he would be taking, once he was complete my house was completely clean, you wouldnt even know they were there - if it wasnt for the shiny floors that looked like brand new hardwood. 10/10 would reccomend.

It’s a new house now
I wasnt sure if my hardwood floors were salvageable so Jason came, he and his crew removed some damaged strips and installed new, sanded, stained, sealed and clear coated the entire upper level of my house plus the stairs. Then he arranged for baseboards to be delivered and installed. This looks like a different house now, and he managed to squeeze me in on short notice and completed the entire job before Christmas. I highly recommend this company.
