I recently had the pleasure of working with Toronto Restoration Services to restore my hardwood floors, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the initial contact to the final result, their service was top-notch. They responded promptly to all my inquiries and delivered exceptional workmanship. The floors look great. Hardwood floor/stair refinishing
Recently had our hardwood floors refinished by Jason and his crew - after 20+ years, four dogs and regular family use the floors were looking pretty rough. I had concerns on how well they would be able to restore them but they look fabulous! We would even say better than new. Because we still have two dogs a third coat of finish was recommended but the job was still done in two days. The crew worked hard and were very professional. I have given the contact information to our contractor (for other renovations we have been doing) in case he has other clients in need of this service.

Hardwood board replacement
I needed 6 hardwood floor boards replaced in my kitchen. I called Jason very late on a Friday night expecting it to go straight to voicemail. However I was impressed that he answered and even scheduled a service call for the very next morning. Alex arrived on time and explained the process to me, assuring me it was going to work out. He was very skilled, polite, knowledgeable and finished when he predicted he would. The boards look identical to those surrounding them, and we are very happy with the work. I would most definitely highly recommend Toronto Restoration Services.

Flood Damage Repair
Jason and his team were fantastic when they came to clean up a grey water flood in our basement. They were both friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

Junk Removal and Hardwood Flooring Buffing and Coating
Jason and his team were EXCELLENT! It is very clear that they take immense pride in their work. We had to remove all the furniture and junk from the house (stuff accumulated over 45 years) Plus they buffed and coated the wood floors in the Living-room and Dining-room Toronto Restoration Services were: 1. Professional and Friendly 2. Very competitively priced 3. Showed up on time and finished on time 4. Jason was accessible and kept you informed on their progress 5. The end results was exactly what I was hoping for I am very thrilled by the services they provided. I would recommend them to everyone.

Last minute floor refinishing
After moving into a new apartment and learning that I could pull up the old vinyl flooring, I was happy but panicked because my painters were booked for the next weekend. Jason responded immediately to my request on Homestars and was able to fit me in later that week. The floors look absolutely terrific! Jason and his team are hardworking, responsive & conscientious professionals - if you are in need of floor refinishing services you will be very glad if you choose Toronto Restoration Services.

Hardwood Refinishing
I cannot say enough good things about Jason and his team. The service was amazing - he responded right away, was so knowledgeable and fit me in so quickly. The end product was beautiful! He transformed my dark cherry red floors into a nice natural oak colour - I love them SO much! I will be contacting Jason for all future projects and will recommend him to everyone.

Floor and staircase refinishing
Toronto Restoration Services did a wonderful job restoring our hardwood floors and staircases. Jason is most professional, answers questions promptly, and really cares about meeting the expectations of his clients. His crew members are experts in their assigned tasks and are very diligent and dedicated. Jason has invested in high-end machinery and we were amazed at how little dust accumulated despite the extensive sanding. The crew members were very friendly, attentive to details, and cleaned up at the end of each day. We highly recommend this company - trustworthy and outstanding work.

Floor refinishing project
We had an amazing experience with Toronto Restoration services. We were thinking of changing the floors, but after talking to them, we understood there's a lot of life left in them. The floors came out amazingly well. It looks so clean and crispy. We also had to add to some extra work about updating floors for entryway which was not level. They went beyond what was required and matched everything that it looks one unit. Really happy with their work.
