    Broken drain pipe replacement

    Giulian clearly explained the problem, the repair process and the costs involved. Work started and finished on time. His team was friendly and hard-working. Cleanup was unbelievable. Very professional. Highly recommended.

    Snaked my sanitary line ahead of camera inspection

    After calling around re: a CCTV inspection, I went with Sewer Squad. The guy on the phone was extremely informative, pricing was very competitive and they suggested they could have someone come out same day. Within a couple hours they had one of their techs come out. Bing was great, very courteous, organized, cleanly and walked me through everything he was going to do. He worked efficiently, completed the job, gave me insightful feedback, booked the CCTV team (also coming same day). Left our laundry room jobsite spotless. Very impressed, would use again.

    Super Fast

    I called this morning for a water back up on my laundry line - Thomas showed up a few hours later. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service.

    Sewerdrain blockage

    Bing was very professional when he arrived explained everything that was going to be done allowed us to watch what he was doing and was able to fix our problem.he also explained the next steps to us and what will be done....highly recommend

    Kitchen sink drain

    They are easy to get a hold of and Matt was friendly, knowledgeable and upfront on the cost. Will definitely be calling them again for our future needs.

    Sewer pipe liner made easy

    I had a smell of sewer gas in my basement. I have an older house with clay sewer pipe. I contacted Sewer Squad and they responded the same day and arranged for a camera inspection by Nick, who is professional and explained everything clearly. Arsen and his helper came 3 days later and taped off the room to contain any dust and then cut into the concrete floor and remove the blockage and put in new cleanouts, all within about 3 hours. Mike, Mitch, and Josh came a week later to do the outside work to line the clay pipe to the city line with a fiberglass and resin liner. They were polite, fast, and did yhe work in less than 2 hours. For all of these jobs, the people in their office send text messages and email along with a description of each person that is to arrive, so that I knew what was going on. They are fast, efficient, and good at communicating. I suspect they aren't the cheapest but you get what you pay for, and as I would not want to have to do repair of a sewer pipe more than once, I think it's good to go with experts.

    Clogged sink

    We had a clogged kitchen sink that was beyond our capabilities to fix. The technician arrived and explained different options available to us and we were pleased with the service provided. Kevin was super friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to us. Hoping we dont need a plumber in the future but if we do we know who to call.

    Sewage Backup Repair

    Sewage backup on basement. I saw their website with a good detail of their services and with an updated customer reviews. I called the main line, and they answered quickly. After that, the dispatcher called within 10 minutes for the time of arrival. They came after one hour which is unbelievably excellent! After a few minutes, the plumber sent me a text with his face and time of arrival, which is another amazing service. Bing, the plumber, called as soon as he arrived and he was able to fix the problem (while another company was not able to). He then sent me a detailed invoice and also with pictures of the whole area (since this is my rental property and i was not there). Then he scheduled the camera snake the following day to determine the source of the problem. This company only charged me a really good price. They are super organized and professional when talking to them. Try them out.
